Crest should produce an IMS for the AGM tomorrow, giving a flavour of the early spring market ahead of other companies who I think are mainly updating in April/May. It also provides an opportunity for them to comment on how demand and prices are holding up in the face of election uncertainty. If suitably positive then following on from today's budget it could provide the impetus for another leg up for the housebuilders...

taffee @ 153p FOXT was off 60% from the high and paying a thumping yield - it was all in the price there.

The trend is up from here even if there are a few pull backs imo.

When do you like buying shares? You don't like buying high and you don't like buying lows.

The Central London House Price Bubble Bursts
Press release: 5th Feb 2015
Further evidence is emerging that the Central London housing market bubble has burst and price falls are spreading throughout the rest of Greater London.

According to latest analysis by Home.co.uk, Prime Central London prices are still falling as the supply of properties rises and confidence in property as an investment ebbs away

foxtons also laying off staff after profit warnings ..how can anyone think this is
The start of a cycle?

An analysis of planning permission granted for new homes indicates that the growth in house-building output is set to continue for at least a couple more years.

What - the party is over again taffee? That 500 parties in the last 6 months that have ended according to you!

The budget next week - do you think Ossy is going to pour gloom on the housing mkt before an election or offer big sweeteners to get them re-elected?

Start thinking taffee - it ain't rocket science!

All gone a bit quiet over here. Everyone sold out, or just waiting for news on the spring selling season? Crest AGM next week, so should be an IMS over there.
