Charlie81.

Yes, I am happy with the appointments. Because I go to the AGM's I get to meet them face-to-face and can get to know them better and ask any questions that I have.

I would like to see more progress just like everyone else of course, but I believe we are in good hands.

I think the big shareholders in the main have supported this company through thick and thin. If they decided to offload their shares the share price would be much lower.
I am grateful that most have stayed put, despite very little news suggesting an up-turn.

or created any value given the share price is at record lows and has been stuck for 1 1/2 years. bc and mb combination have been in for two years. share price was about 1.5p back then, 0.4p today.

let's see where the cash goes

In fairness the share holder value wasn't any better when he started his tenure.

No, wouldn't touch INFA - long term project with massive capex cost requirement - we cannot afford it should it progress, all the talk of a major taking it out short term...mmm...unlikely. Lets stick to getting the drill bit in the ground in Peru. Don't know what MB gets via his package but whatever it is it is far too much given the complete lack of results and the destruction of shareholder value here - want to get shot of this far fetched SE Asia idea too, what can we afford with a few peanuts in our back pocket? Let's set the restricted funds we have left on XXI and hope we strike gas!

How much are they paying Malcolm Butler? £25-30k pa would be enough

Given that the option values INFA at £9M and the current market cap is about £2M, I'd guess not.

I wonder if our potential stake in INFA is worth taking up?

See where they are end of Q1 imo when Sundagas comes to an end
Agree, lack of progress EVERYWHERE over a significant period is unacceptable

About time results were showing for their pay cheques for well over a year!

Sundagas tie up will probably be announced in a couple of weeks - for another 6 months.

If it does I will see it as a sign of progress being made.

Intrepid NEPHEW, your contract is soon coming to a close, where is that amazing SE Asia deal? Or do you require a 6 month extension? Pay rise too? BOIL has loads of funds so don't forget to pop your pitch into your UNCLE PDQ.....Christmas comes but many times a year!

No doubt Boil will make that clear to any farminee that they will go it alone rather than give all the equity away. Of course given the time is it taking plays into their hands but at least Boil have cash so some bargaining tools.

I can't believe they are struggling to find a 50% farmin for a one well carry given the costs and seismic results backed by Nutech independent analysis.

Even after all this time I am still sceptical of this bod's capabilities and motivation which is reflected in their shareholdings.

Show us something please, this is a results business!.

XX1 has to be drilled this year to meet the terms of the license. Otherwise there will presumably be a penalty to pay as well as the loss of the license. So I think we will drill by Q3 this year with or without a partner.

Not sure about that. Not impressed with the lack of progress there one year after seismic was completed!.
We are not seeing enough progress from anywhere imo.

We can do XX1 by ourselves of course. May even be best to go it alone.

1/6th of 2017 gone and effectively no farm-out movement from UOG on Z34 or BOIL on XXI (or from the intrepid roving NEPHEW on his wanders across Asia), why am I not surprised, we march rapidly towards the drill or drop date on XXI, does the BoD intend going anything, handing it back or having a fire sale come mid year when any farminee will take us to the cleaners?
