04/11/2016 08:39 | Warranty - the ruling has very very little chance of being overturned by the supreme court. It is a pure waste of time and tax payers money that they bother to appeal it. That said I still believe Brexit will happen although I am hope I am wrong on that one and MP's see sense. | amoore70

04/11/2016 08:22 | Article 50 should have been triggered the day after the vote as Cameron promised but this delay has only given hope to remoaners like Clegg, Milliband, Soubrey and Farron, as well as the likes of the disgusting Ms Miller. It also gives voice to those pushing the claims of confusion and doubt amongst the Brexit team, hard/soft Brexit, all of which could have been avoided by a swift, positive decision. An election should certainly be called if the Supreme Court fail to overturn yesterday's decision and hopefully include de-selection for all those MP's who have chosen to completely ignore the votes of their local electorate. If they can't be trusted to democratically follow the wishes of the people who vote for them, what's the point of voting at all? | warranty
04/11/2016 07:43 | Calm down Porty, like you I'm extremely peed off at this decision but I have every confidence that it will be overturned by the Supreme Court and that silly laughing cow who headed the request will be smiling on the other side of her ugly face. He who laughs last laughs longest. Look on the bright side, when the result does come that TM can trigger article 50 without a vote in Parliament it removes the last blockage to our exit from the EU. That may mean you can safely vote again!! Who says the law is an ass? | warranty
04/11/2016 07:39 | I have recently moved house and have the electoral roll people calling me thrice a week wanting to know my new address. I'm not answering them until article 50. I won't ever vote or register again if the people's will is not effected. I don't require loans or mortgages so a credit rating is not important to me. | manics

04/11/2016 07:29 | The report states: “The rape of a ten-year-old girl in Leipzig, the largest city in Saxony, has drawn renewed attention to the spiralling levels of violent crime perpetrated by migrants in cities and towns across Germany. “During the first six months of 2016, migrants committed 142,500 crimes, according to the Federal Criminal Police Office. This is equivalent to 780 crimes committed by migrants every day, an increase of nearly 40 per cent over 2015. The data includes only those crimes in which a suspect has been caught. “Thousands of migrants who entered the country as ‘asylum seekers’ or ‘refugees̵ “Many are thought to be engaging in robbery and criminal violence.” According to Freddi Lohse of the German Police Union in Hamburg, many migrant offenders view the leniency of the German justice system as a green light to continue delinquent behaviour, says the report. | portside1
