27/2/2015 14:37 | Can some more knowledgeable on here advise on how things work from this point onwards. If the offer is accepted is my account automaticly credited with the offer per share or do I have to specificly sell through my on line trading account? | michae1664
27/2/2015 14:36 | 'Redbird' is in pole position ie calling all the shots being the only major holding with the backing of management; 'Redbird' is also being very stingy offering just 6pps - their lowest/entry share price - despite increasing their holding several times at much higher share price I think the management of Bao have been complicit and duplicitous to the outcome of this event despite factors outside their control eg raising working capital with solely 'Redbird' and keeping 'silence' about the Elf with 'Dutchess'. | beth21

27/2/2015 13:40 | Wouldn't advise holding shares in a delisted company - you'll lose all accountability (not that there has been a great deal here) and shareholding will be diluted to nothing. Best option is simply bend over and take it (or hope for a better offer). | wooster4
27/2/2015 13:28 | When is the company delisting happening and also would we they not just fold the company if things don't go their way Just like BHR? | bossman1978
27/2/2015 13:11 | The company can still be sold off at a later stage. Hence the reason Ben and Jeremy are not selling theirs. At any point you can approach the board and ask them to make you an offer. I will probably sell 50% and speculate on the rest. | pete_bain
27/2/2015 13:06 | Pete... And what are you ever going to do with them if you can't sell them? | kbrook
