It would put the icing on the cake from the progress achieved over recent months if Bango could announce a couple more activations between now and 20th September when they issue their H1 results. Maybe another launch in India or the 1st in Japan or an update on the long awaited Amazon partnership. I think we need something to keep the momentum going

Also the partnership with Samsung could do with an update.

Odey is a shrewd hedge fund manager,so nice to know he likes the company enough to build a very sizeable stake in it.Who do we think pushed the share price down?Could easily have been the same guys whilst at the same time building their stake. All skullduggery.Having said that, bgo does seem to finally on the verge of a breakthrough.

Don't forget in some countries DCB is starting to be used for physical goods such as event tickets, parking, trains, coffee and food outlets.

Also BANGO continue to refer to other payment methods they are developing with details yet to be announced

Summary yes a 20 / 30 bagger is a dream but not an impossible dream

Suppose they double the number of connections from 150 to 300 by 2020 and expenditure on apps doubles and proportion of end user spend goes from 2% to 10%
that's a 20 fold increase in EUS to 2 billion pounds per annum then at 2% margin that's 40m in GP Say overheads 10m then net profit 30m gives an idea of what is realistically possible. Could easily become a billion pound company on that basis or 20 bagger from here or am I dreaming ?

Interesting RNS

Odey appears has increased his holding by a further 367,800 shares giving him a 11.47% holding although he it appears he has done this via a CFD I think

Long or short I wonder or hedging the volatility

Any one shed any light on what Odey is up to, good news or bad news for the share price ?

Amt.

If Bango hit profit in the next year which I agree could now be be a possibility and they prove the increased capacity of the Bango platform which they are testing now if working to plan ( hopefully confirmed in September ) then there would be no meed for further share dilution and you can move the decimal point to the right on the 2013 £3.00 share price

Interesting there was no fall back in the share price late yesterday as we normally get when the Bango share price spikes so let's see what today brings. In any case this is still a 3 - 5 year plan going forward

Remember there are only approx 15m shares ( less than 30% ) on the open market

The perfect storm for Bango. We could see EUS rocket over next 12 months and be at breakeven much sooner than I had thought. Then after that it's just a question of how big the company can become. First stop 600m end user spend and say 7m net profit. Interesting to note the share price was 3 quid in 2013 before the business model was proven. Will that be tested in the next couple years or am I dreaming. At last a success on the AIM market.

WALL STREET JOURNAL

J.P. Morgan analyst Haruka Mori said she assumed Niantic and Pokémon Co. would split the game revenue, excluding the portion due to Apple Inc. or Google, which operate the app stores from which the game is downloaded. Ms. Mori said that if the app had monthly revenue of ¥30 billion ($292 million), Nintendo’s annual income would likely rise by ¥25 billion. The Pokémon Go Plus device to be sold as an add-on could raise profits by a roughly similar amount if 50 million units are sold, she said.

So they are thinking $3,500,000,000 annual sale type numbers.

Yuuuuuge

I like the positive thinking

Do you think this is all linked to BANGO setting up in Japan and that silly interview Ray did last year on Bloomberg about bringing back the crazy frog

Anyway it appears to be doing the trick

Tens of billions seems a bit far fetched. Anyway let's take 10 billion. If Direct pay is 10% and Bango take 40% of market that's 400m not far of triple existing EUS

Yes smallcapinvestor it appears that this could prove to be highly beneficial to BGO. Indicative perhaps that they have chosen to specifically comment on Pokemon which has broken their usual protocol.
