RM Please ban him if only as a temporary measure as he is a constant distraction on both the UNIQ and many other BB threads. In the event that after a period of contemplative reflection of perhaps a couple of months he can show his disruptive behaviour on other threads has been moderated he could be given another chance. Just hitting the filter button still shows a long lot list of filtered messages the latest being 62, 63 and 64 at the time of posting.

For £5 per month, which most of us could stretch to, Kenny would be impervious to a ban / moderation.

Agree, Barbra2,instead some of rational and serious uniq readers here may have been bullied by 6kenny's inconsistent words, and his words always can attract 7kenny,8kenny or kenny plus et al. to come here...

Trojan,it is not too bad to be "too polite"at all.We watch what is happening here...It will be a bonus for 6kenny et al to realise the vital importance of being Earnest in his/her life instead of being a secret Bunburyist(Oscar Wilde,lol), Life is too short anyway

I think that RM is simply responding to requests from many regular, rational, serious investors on the UNIQ threads, to ban the so and so. Definitely not bullying, only doing us a big favour.

Kenny,

I havent meant to indicate you are a nasty person, sorry if I have, or if its come across that way. You are quite amusing at times, although after a while, it does wear a bit thin.

Just a couple of comments:
- they created a sense of belief that an RNS was due "by June"
Actually, the words 'by june' are in 2 press releases. No one knows what 'by june' means though.

The pension deficit question has been discussed at length.

What will happen to the funds, is a sensitive question that UNIQ wouldnt want to discuss at this stage. We can conjecture forever on this, but it wont get us anyway.

every thread needs a contrarian otherwise it becomes an Animal Farm full of gullible folk who can only ever see the positive.. it is also highly misleading for new investors who soon get sucked into the euphoria of "50p by the next RNS", or thread titles like "UNIQ a 22 bagger from here".

I went from euphoria to realism. At best it will be 50p by the end of August at worst it should be 50p come end of the year....what's the rush.

A big thank you to everyone as I HAVE OBVIOUSLY IMPACTED you all in a major way...so much so that a THIS thread has been set up to decide my fate...little old me a fellow investor in UNIQ!

Anyway guys...I will see you the other side of 50p...hopefully by the end of August all depends how the market takes the news on disposals and what they plan to do with the cash pile.
