Interesting that Anglo American Media have a 7%+ stake in the company, having bought more shares in September 08.

Looking at their website, they have some interesting projects on the go.

Could this be a link for a potential RTO in the near future ??

not really, who wants to use a vehicle worth less and declining faster than one little UK house to join AIM
they had a target in mind, that target has not agreed
it is forced to delist from aim very shorthly unless it finds a partner
there are 100s of ex aim shell companies to chose from and no takers except in major bull markets
the rest of the money the £150,000 or whatever it now is will be tied up in professional fees so most holders returns will be under £3 and donated to charity

The change of registered office to someone's house should tell you what is happening

The change of registered office is a likely indication that this rapidly evapoating holding vehicle for £191,000 (probably falling £3000 a day) only has its plc status by a gossamer thread, change of office implies they know its going to lose it
