Acquisition of further Stake in Nussir - Amendment
Baker Steel Resources Trust Limited (the "Company") announced on 7 September that it was increasing its interest in Nussir ASA ("Nussir"). The announcement disclosed that 1,562,822 new ordinary shares were being issued as satisfaction of a consideration of GBP624,728.80.
The Company wishes to correct the announcement. The consideration is in fact GBP624,658 and will be satisfied by the issue of 1,561,645 new ordinary shares.
Following the Admission of the new ordinary shares to listing there will be 116,117,980 ordinary shares in issue with a further 700,000 shares held in treasury. The figure of 116,117,980 ordinary shares may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
Applications will be made for 1,561,645 new ordinary shares to be admitted to the premium segment of the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to trading on the London Stock Exchange plc's Main Market for listed securities. Admission is expected to become effective, and dealings in the New Shares to commence at 8 a.m. on 12 September 2016.
