Debate on another board was that a HoA with an oil major may not be required to be released to the market. BPC could well be at this stage pending final sign-off the full commercial agreement.

Can only go by what BPC said in their last RNS, which is they are in commercial discussions. I guess if they're haggling over money then they must be close to a deal and that a partner wants in.

The 5 minutes chart !! Seriously ??!RSI STOCH & CCI all showing as overbought. not saying that means a pullback necessarily but it's certainly not oversold.

Technicals on the 5 mins chart says this looked a tad oversold on Friday after testing 4p. 5 mins chart showing an RSI of 44.
