28/2/2019 13:57 | Hardly.Where do you make this stuff up from.It was a year ago we had an exclusivity period and that ended 9 months ago.Talk of a deal and a counter deal in the back pocket is ridiculous. If anyone wants a deal, they will snap it up before the opposition. | apfindley

28/2/2019 13:45 | One party in back pocket with a deal, or one party out of a consortium has agreed, and we're waiting for the others to do so. Hence no overall agreement or signature on the overall deal. | armatrading

28/2/2019 13:39 | Stewart, It can be difficult when you have NDA's with multiple parties and one of them has made an offer, but you are still talking to others to see if they want to propose a possibly better offer. You can't let on you already have an offer or indeed what it is. We probably have one partner in the back pocket with a deal, but seeing what others offer before they sign it. This is what the Attorney General may be referring to. Maybe his cat out of the bag moment will prompt other parties to make a really good offer if they read it as BPC already having a partner in principle. It is a competitive bidding environment. | whoppy
