Truth be told the press article wasn't definitive it could be read a couple of ways - as I said before the company has engaged a commercial entity Macquarie- and has HAD an agreement with a major oil company - and he THINKS drilling will happen.All plausible and deniable. Telling company says "multiple parties" so nothing has changed with their wording -
