RESULT OF EXTRAORDINARY GENERAL MEETING (the "EGM")

Further to the announcement of 20 October 2015, International Public Partnerships Limited ("INPP" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that, at the EGM held at 2.00 pm, 10 November 2015, to seek the approval of shareholders to empower the Board to allot up to 365,714,285 Ordinary Shares for cash, without consideration of the pre-emption provisions contained within the Articles, the resolution was duly passed without amendment. The full text of the Resolutions and the notice convening the EGM is set out in the circular published by the Company on 20 October 2015 and may be obtained from the Company's website, (http://www.internationalpublicpartnerships.com).
