BABCOCK ANNOUNCES PUBLICATION OF FINAL TERMS

The final terms dated 3 October 2016 (the "Final Terms") relating to the issue by Babcock on 5 October 2016 of GBP 250,000,000 1.875 per cent notes due 2026 (the "Notes") have been submitted to the UK Listing Authority and are available for viewing.

The Notes have been issued pursuant to the base prospectus dated 19 September 2016 (the "Base Prospectus") relating to the GBP1,800,000,000 Euro Medium Term Note Programme (the "Programme") of Babcock.
