09/3/2015 21:12 | 30 month low. I never thought this would ever see £10 again - let alone £9.60. It hasn't recovered from the rights issue, despite a big (funded by rights) acquisition and record order book. I think people are focusing too much on defence issues and the general election. Any government will have to increase defence spending as the new cold war gets into full stride... especially if it heats up! It looks like a stonking buy at this level I must say. 09/3/2015 13:48 | Yes hopefully this stock can now start to recover but unlikely now I have just topped up! | seans66
09/3/2015 11:51 | After watching and waiting have decided to get in at £9.69. Trading at the company looks to be in-line, so between now and the results I'd be very surprised to see these continue much lower. | uhound
09/2/2015 09:54 | IMS tomorrow and still falling. | topdoc
20/1/2015 13:19 | OTH, given that BAB are expecting something like £4.4bn of revenue in the year ahead, this latest contract is pretty insignificant - certainly not big enough to move the SP | alter ego
20/1/2015 12:58 | no matter what contract the company announces the share price does not move.must be huge overhang of stock to clear only thing I can think of that keeps the share price depressed like this | topdoc
15/1/2015 21:44 | Helicopter services to the oil industry and reduced tax receipts for the government are currently holding this down. | minerve
14/1/2015 15:15 | This has never recovered from the rights issue. A lot could be technical - angry investors who took their rights only to see them fall quickly in value, and have been selling them ever since. I didn't take my rights, opting to have the cash in lieu. Still surprised and disappointed to see us at a two-year low. They need to put a line under acquisitions for now and grow through all this new revenue. The forward p/e must look great at the current share price considering the huge increase in the revenue stream. Must be a stonking buy at today's price! IMPO DYOR NAI Jo. | jojo_jo
23/12/2014 20:08 | rerating is taking a lot longer than anticipated | topdoc
19/12/2014 14:12 | I can give you my view on the above - acquisitions. BAB now need to focus on organic only growth, let's see how cash flow develops as the acquired assets bed down. May be beneficial longer term, but short term this has impacted the rating. Avincis also has exposure to the North Sea O&G sector, helicopter shift changes etc, all just IMV only. | essentialinvestor
17/12/2014 12:01 | Great question | oriana2
17/12/2014 11:33 | why is the share price not closer to 12 pounds rather than here | topdoc
28/11/2014 07:58 | 25% of Avincis's business is flying crew to offshore oil/gas rigs; how does the falling oil price affect growth opportunities ?Can't help. | brain smiley
20/11/2014 07:28 | Strong half year results plus increased dividend. A solid company. Suet | suetballs
10/11/2014 17:18 | Neil Woodford has been adding here during October market turmoil | robow
03/10/2014 08:51 | Useful link in FT may explain. | jontyone
03/10/2014 07:13 | No trading update till results in November. Is this good or bad ? I suppose if there was some bad news they are obliged to inform the market.Only way to put a positive spin on this. | topdoc |
