24/12/2015 09:34 | Does this free the share up/underpin price? Limits what Gurtovoy can do with the company (good thing?). Also makes it more likely that they will find a way to free up the cash as a divi (he retains ownership and as such any dividends). Note: "Unless otherwise agreed upon and/or determined by way of a binding court ruling, BGI and BG Alpha will be able to sell the Company Shares, in whole or in part, and the Trustee will be required fully and immediately to co-operate in the necessary fashion to effect this, provided always that (i) the price of the proposed sale is not less than the average share price of the Company for the preceding 30 days trading and (ii) the net consideration received from the sale is directly transferred to the account of the Trustee and used to repay the Secured Amounts. | waterloo01

06/12/2015 11:50 | Cjohn, now there's a thought! I have a feeling Schroders are behind this in some way as I think they need their votes to get it through and suspect Andy B is giving them a hard time (at least I hope he is!) | waterloo01
06/12/2015 11:32 | re NED appointment, I have no idea what the delay is for. If the company was based in UK, minority shareholders could think about nominating someone like Sladdjo (or even myself) for the position. It would be helpful to have soemone to represent minority shareholders amidst all the various wheelings and dealings. | cjohn
04/12/2015 12:18 | Cheers for the analysis. Willi's really screwed us over so despite the cost, better they go. Any thoughts on what or whom is holding up the NED appointment? | waterloo01
04/12/2015 12:05 | The nine months results show a similar pattern to the half-year. The company is breaking even at an operational level and pre and post tax. Earlier in the year there was a major write down of goodwill which means overall the company has made a significant loss. However, this doesn't need to worry holders, most of whom are here because of BSD's marked discount to tangible assets. Tangible asset value hasn't shifted significantly, in line with the neutral operational profit result. The good news is that there has been positive operational cash flow in the first three quarters, some $6.8m. Two thirds of this is down to a release of cash from working capital - which I'm supposing - reflects the subdued trading. All in all, very unremarkable, but not negative at least. (Saying goodbye to the Williger brothers - recent RNS - in my view is positive. But happy to hear from the contrary view.) | cjohn
03/12/2015 16:01 | Behind the rise? Mega hopes to pay suppliers NIS 70-100 million tomorrow in order to ensure the continued supply of goods to its outlets. | waterloo01
