27/7/2011 12:40 | How much cash is there Argy2? | fgump
27/7/2011 12:26 | argy,how do you know TW as spoken to company---nothing on T1ps site-cheers | stodgy88
27/7/2011 12:21 | Not sure you are right about the cash cammy. As for TW he is very bullish today having now spoken to the company but admits the rns was not very enlightening. Seems strange therefore that neither he nor the Directors appear to be buying on the back of the results which begs the question why? Talk is cheap and if he really believed what he tells subscribers you would think he would take advantage of the MMs apparent generosity given that he claimed to be buying heavily at c7.25-7.5p very recently. If not, why not? Maybe he should be explaining that to his followers if he is to be believed. | argy2
27/7/2011 12:16 | August last year TW said £4m of cash. Year end 6 months late, nothing. At the half year Avisen had turnover of £1.6m but finished year on £2.4m so did half the revenue it did in the first half. | fgump
27/7/2011 12:08 | c2m of ongoing business - say 30% margin = £600k knock off current overheads and cash will be gone in no time. The disposal was done "just in time" but the look of things. Not a management team to back. slowly getting out - had enough | cammy3
27/7/2011 11:27 | no mention of details of unilever contract,my fear is that such big companies, have such clout and therefore pricing power, might not be as profitable as some people think. | stodgy88
27/7/2011 10:26 | Shameful. August last year TW said £2m-£3m profit. Answer - what profit there was has been sold to Logicalis. Company had millions of net cash when the deal with Xploite deal was completed and then received further £1m + from the deferred element from the ACS deal. Cash at year end practically Zero. Question - where did it all go? Where is the £10m - £12m that TW has repeatedly quoted?? Whats left. Avisen - a business that has never made a penny profit when included as a PLC. Storage Fusion - the results appear to be going backwards. Conclusion - if they have £5m net cash at the half year it would seem very unlikely given the cash burn. As for Avisen making £2m - £3m profit this year - it would be an all time first. Storage Fusion being sold for £5m - highly unlikely. Cash burn, cash burn. | fgump
27/7/2011 09:24 | okay bashing over ....the £7m with gearing could buy something useful | solarno lopez

27/7/2011 08:06 | The exploite management team - smith and others were on the big dough in that year..been kicked out since then! | tsmith2
27/7/2011 08:01 | T1ps was allegedly buying stock recently at c7.5p...they will look pretty stupid if that are not 'hoovering up' at these levels post the figs. | argy2
27/7/2011 07:53 | how can they with the salaries they receive they won't give them up | solarno lopez
27/7/2011 07:53 | .6p is for the current year to Jan 2012 and this why that may be a conservative fig. Unilever - PERPETUAL licence and 3 year service contract - "signifcant revenues" "As noted in the Chairman's statement, we have spent much of 2010/11 building our platform, to sell our Acorn Systems solutions by providing pilots to various Blue Chip customers including Tesco Direct and Unilever. This has proved our product offering and provided us with a platform to sell our services and resell the Acorn software across the market. " TESCO DIRECT! storage fusion - a sale to a large bank in September 2010 and since the year end a sale to a worldwide information technology company who will be acting as one of our partners. We are also very encouraged by the pipeline of partner and storage vendor interest in our software offering and believe that this is likely to convert into sales during the second half of financial year 2012. FROM OUTLOOK BIT The company now has two main trading businesses, namely Avisen and Storage Fusion. Recent sales activity in these businesses to large Blue Chip Corporates has amply demonstrated the quality of the product and service we are providing. Following on from that success, we also now have several exciting opportunities in the pipeline. CASH and CASH RECEIVABLES - 5p....ACQUISITIONS.. so at 10 current year EPS plus cash - 11p is where we should be NOW.. ROLL forwards 12 mths the "current eps" should be 1.2p plus cash (assuming no acquisitions) so a 12 mth TP 17p | tsmith2
27/7/2011 07:42 | "StockMarketWire.com Avisen pre-tax losses rise" | someuwin
27/7/2011 07:37 | the simple answer to that CAMMY is.....'the usual' | solarno lopez
27/7/2011 07:36 | Not impressed - start up company again with a good contract from unilever. What the F... has TW been on about. | cammy3 |
