according to these figures around 90% of shares owned by individuals or funds ,so only 10% in the public domain (around 23 million ),if figures are up to expectations ,can see a scrambled for the 10% with PI,s.(around £1.5 million )

The shares have unsurprisingly moved higher on the announcement - currently trading up 0.625p at 6.875p. However, this sort of announcement makes me feel even more comfortable in my expectation of underlying earnings of around 0.5p per share this year and that potentially up to 1.5p per share is on the cards next. This would suggest the shares are cheap. They look even cheaper when also considering there is net cash in the bank and due of around 5p per share and that Marcus Hanke and Co should be trusted to use this wisely. We have previously paid up to 7.5p to buy this stock - put the shares on a multiple of 10 (harsh for such a growth stock) and add the cash and you are looking at a fair value estimate of up to 20p within a year. My stance remains "strong buy".

Any news from T1ps yet? Just wonder the value of this - It must be very large IMO

Surely this is a no brainer. The company must have close to 10m in cash. Storage Fusion is worth at least 5m at the moment, (although I expect they will build the business and sell it for 10m within a year). Together 15m is 6.6p per share. That it the current price. We now have a contract which must be worth several million and will be very high margin. Having implemented the software Unilver will be committed to it for years, so 3 years is just a starter. Changing an IT system is not like changing a car!

So this contract plus any other profit from the consultancy business are all there for free at the moment. I bought into this and I will probably pick up some more later. The beauty of this is that it is safe in the sense that the price does not have a long way to go on the downside (in value terms), whereas the upside could be a few pence short term and a 100% gain medium term. This is solid stuff...
