just a note to investors in this share.as well as holding a modest portfolio i own a engineering co which sub-contracts from electro-mec.
Despite frequent calls for payment even a converasation with the ceo i was left with no alternative but to instuct my lawyers to issue a "winding up" order which they will be in receipt of this week.
For investors in this co,i hope it is just cash flow problems.

IS THIS WORTH A PUNT AT ITS CURRENT PRICE,OR IS IT MONEY DOWN THE DRAIN.WILL BE IN PROFIT NEXT SET OF RESULTS ,AND ONE NEW CONTRACT COULD MAKE A BIG DIFFERENCE.ANY IDEAS.

might i suggest you go to electro-mec and see the contracts they have been winning.they are in talks with a major pharma to use thier bespoke products,expecting an update with results.

Yes, I know. Never invested in any S.Dean Co's or anything recommended by SMS. Was trying to find out if what SMS were saying that a recent buy recommendation for AVD had really been issued - and by who...

Not sure who actually issued the report with 'buy' indication.
Twas Square Mile Securities that seem to be presently pushing it on that basis.
Yes, I do know of SMS 'reputation' as well as Dean & Vincents companies performance as regards returns for the PI.
