Well I put a few ££ on a recovery, was a 60/40 gamble, without any meaningful rns I looks bad as we fall to low 20s into the teens, a Xmas week in Benidorm is looking more like a weekend now lol

Andy I have accused you of telling lies before and that is a LIE.

Hulsey Smith made the false accusation that Yorgi was being paid by AERO and I believe Jonathan Verney was named. I am NOT Jonathan Verney and I was not or ever have been paid AERO or any other company. Jonathan Verney posted under a different username on LSE and I don't think there has been any proof that Jonathan Verney posted on ADVFN.

If you have the proof I have been paid been paid by anyone produce it otherwise you are lying.

There is no proof as I have never been paid by anyone.

They are official US court documents, the contents of which have nothing to do with TW or share price

He has just posted a link to where they can be accessed online.

For the first time ever it's proof that people are being paid to pump on ADVFN.

That should concern you, it does me.

So as yet we have no results, they can't give us an update to say they are evan talking to anyone re takeover or new funding, institutions still selling daily. Very convenient saying your up for sale! Give investors a little hope !!

Very admirable sg - I don't mean that in a patronising way. However, I suspect you have not took the time to read the damning document which contains the emails and addresses and or cross referenced them.

Hardly defence council for anyone. Just saying what I think about a poster I've known a long time.

There are people on these boards who I've had discussions with over the years, they haven't always been right (neither have I) but they have always been straightforward and open. There aren't that many of them maybe 20 or 30. Yorgi is one of them

There are lots of people I don't trust, they are on my ignore list.

You aren't on my ignore list, but I also haven't known you long enough to trust you, same for Andy.

AVN has support of bond holders, and working closely with ESA and EE / BT. The CEO is well connected to the catapult network and chairman of a Seraphim space capital group.
The UK gov supports UK broadband with hundred of millions of pounds through BDUK.
The UK gov supports the space sector and wants to see major growth in coming years.

Avanti has a lot of friends. That doesn't mean there are not problems with raising fresh finance, but the shorters only focus upon the negative.

elrico, I have no idea but it is easy to name someone in court documents, it happens all the time. The difficult bit is proving the veracity of an allegation.
By definition one side wins and one loses. If the case is proven please come back and let us know.


If you have read yorgi's posts over the years I'm surprised you doubt his integrity. That's your choice obviously.

Well done Yorgi, I am going to start reading from #1 , it was good in those days.
By the time I read up to 3350 , the price might have risen over 30p.

I saw a TV program from Cornwall and a village with desperate broadband. One of the locals had set up some aerials to beam signals around the area. Could not help wondering if that is the market Avanti should have started with.

Think about it - Why would court documents name him and fabricate evidence when they already had a patsy in the guise of "sayitlikeitis?" Like you, I have known yorgi's posts over many years. However, like you say, I have never met the guy either.

I'll leave it at the court documents door.
