From a total of 112.5m shares in issue, 90,781,952 shares were tendered under the T.O., of those 38,237,383 were bought @ 52.3048p each and subsequently cancelled.

So you had an account with both brokers each holding separate amounts of AURR shares in your name?

I did not realise that each broker was allotted a certain amount of shares and could allocate them to their other clients if the quota was not otherwise taken up. It was my understanding that AURR restricted allocations to shareholders on an individual basis of 36.9%, as stated by the company. I too, submitted 100%. You and a few others here were very fortunate. I wonder how many other holders like me, were not aware of this arrangement?

Brokers - The ShareCentre & Hargreaves Lansdown.
I always tender all my shares - !00%.
Each broker will get a different entitlement depending on how many holders they have who do not tender for their full allocation.

That's amazing, but I do not understand how you got two bites of the apple and both over and above the 36.9% entitlement. Did you tender 100% from your holdings in two different accounts - one with ShareCentre, the other HL- who are they?

I tendered 100% of my shares. 57% of the shares tendered were accepted at S/C & 40% accepted at HL.
