I'm one of the AURR shareholders responsible for not tendering :(

I can see that I read the secure message. I usually respond to tender offers immediately for obvious reasons but there are no records to show that I did, no way of back tracking, no way to tell if the secure message has been deleted fraudulently.

Very miserable...lesson to self and other's about keeping to the process check tender's have been repsponded to and keep your own records?

Like mangal i have had issues with sippdeal over tenders...and they have never given me a satisfactory answer.
Looking at my accounts...my sipp has a higher allocation than my dealing account...why i ask myself..still both are higher than the maxium stated by the company so i wont argue over this one

Each broker will have a different tendering %age.

Thanks Mangal for sharing your experience. Fearing something could go wrong my wife sent a message to sippdeal shortly after we made the election and received their confirmation of her choice of tendering all her shares, which should support my wife's claim. The fact that you and I got 48% in cash vs 38% of HL may also mean sippdeal have some issues with the allocation...

I have had a similar problem with sippdeal before. I once participated in a tender(or I thought I did) but was subsequently surprised to learn that I had, in fact, not tendered any shares.

The problem with sippdeal is that you don't receive a confirmation reference when you tender your shares. & as far as I know, Once you have tendered, there is no way of finding out later, from their web-site, whether you had actually tendered or not.

btw, no problems with the AURR tender- my a/c was credited today with cash for ~48% of my holdings.

Hi All, my wife and I have accounts with Sippdeal. We have tendered all our Aurora shares. I looked at the tender allocation in our accounts and found out that 48% of my shares were tendered!! None of my wife's shares were tendered instead, and the incredible thing is that we both bought the shares on 30th April and they settled on 3rd May. Has any of you guys had any issue with their tender?

3 more disposals to be completed this year will add further to the pot.

edit:Correction -2 more disposals.

S.Thompson's recc to hold on to the remainder of your shares -more to come from the further disposals this summer of Unistream Bank and Superstoy; reinforces Nick Greenwood's move to add 4m since 9/12/2012; He will have only sold 1,476,000 in the recent Tender Offer.and must be anticipating a good price for the rest. Similarly XYZ Fund which appeared with 5,749,307 on the 2/5/13.

That's the plan.
From my reading of the numbers for the other three companies, I do not see any problems. The last quarter, covered the depth of winter months and might have had different influences on each company. Given today's news one can now see why Nick Greenwood upped his stake by circa 3m shares, in the last four months.

But still a rise on the day with an absolute certainty of making a profit from this level on whatever shares investors sell in the T.O. Moreover, this method may be repeated when one or more of the remaining three stakes are sold. The only LOL I hear is my repeated journies to the bank. S.Thompson will no doubt be reporting on events tomorrow.

Thanks for that. With more to come from three other disposals,I am surprised that the share price has not risen notably higher. Its a win win situation.

Have I got this right. The AURR Board is offering to buy up to 38,237,554 for 52.3048p a share? If so, given that AURR has 112.5m shares in issue, what if investors collectively want to sell more than the Board want to buy? Is the qty each investor wants to sell scaled back pro rata?
