I cannot remember exactly when, but I think it was sometime last year I attended an investor's conference and one of the speakers tipped WNG,TAN and AUK.Both WNG and TAN have risen substantially.I followed the tip and bought AUK at just over 7p but decided to sell when they reached 9p,within a few days they almost touched 18p.I managed to get in at 14.48p and hope to hold long term.I don't know much about technical analysis but on fundamentals this company is pretty sound.

looks like a bargain to me. Blue chip client base cements demand, strong earnings growth, and improving margins. In fact, the board have already stated their goal of increasing margins further. Will also pay a divi soon. PE of around 13 based on interims. Sufficient cash for working capital, so no dillutive issue likely. This share look like it's being rerated. 27-30p looks a realisitc target in the short term. I am IN !

Based on EPS for the year of say 1.3-1.5p that would still only be P/E around 16 or so for this year and lower for next if growth continues based on strong order book. Has anyone seen any published EPS figures for 2007 & 2008 ?

Excellent move of 10.34 % today.
RHPS have set a target price of 25 - imo easily attainable.

Post #108 stated that AUK was tipped in Investors Chronicle this week. I also read somewhere that this was tipped by RHPS a few months ago too.

What a year for Auk.

It's valuation is now way higher than Smc's, a few years back Auk
was worth 4 million and Smc's was 80 million +

I wonder if Auk is watching developments at Smc ?....because Smc if
they dont sort their mess out soon may well have a firesale of parts
of their business and i'm sure Auk will jump at the chance to buy !

up to you but you can call your online broker or bu three lots and three x the low commission. In the past I have paid above market rate for a large buy when nms is small, not for AUk though

This is a small £23m market cap company. Therefore the normal market size for an individual transaction will be limited plus there has been consistent buying today which will impact stock availability. At the mpment the maximum online purchase seems to be 15,000 or around £2,500.

I am with TD waterhouse why am I not allowed to purchase 8000 pounds worth of Auk?
2000 pounds seems to be ok?

Looks like the IC have tipped Aukett with the following "With strong cash flow, no debt, and a bulging order book, the architect and design group is growing fast. 15-June-2007".

With the share price up 1p already, possible further small gains later today.

With results last week I would expect to see a tip today. Certainly lots of upward potential. I bought in on results and will sit and wait.

No divi until the court says so, whenever that will be. I don't suppose it should take long but then, who knows?

That's what I infer.

" No dividend was paid but the board said it intends to make a payment as soon
as the court procedure for a reduction in the company's share capital is
completed" Am I right in thinking that a div can be declared any time and this statement implies one will be paid before the next results? They certainly have the cash now.

Looks like a lot of emphasis in the results showing no problem here similar to smc and they are making that issue very clear. Writing off the value of wip for Poland is one issue demonstrating they are dealing with such matters without delay.

Looks damn good to me

What a wonderful set of figures.
SP up 7 % - or one penny per share - still very undervalued.

"Two of the Group's key objectives are to double annual turnover to #25m by 2010 and raise net profit margins. These interim results, which are derived from organic growth, underline our progress towards these two objectives."

"....the Group is expected to exceed market expectations"

My thoughts: T'over likey to be around £20m for the full year and let's presume margins of 15% (they say they expect margin improvement in H2)

A crude estimate : £3m profit for the year rising to £3.75m the year after (en route to £25m) This year's eps target : 1.4p or a current p/e of 10. I would expect eps target for '08 to be > 1.6p

Add to this a dividend policy and you can see how undervalued the share price is at current levels. DYOR but I bought in today (when the wioder market is well dodgy). My buy is listed by ADVFN as a sell - it's all due to the timing of the psoting of the trade vs the actual time at which it happened

red hot penny shares has a 25p target in place for these shares - They have picked some cracking companies over the last year or so which have delivered.

does anyone here have a particular target in mind?
