21/7/2020 14:12 | Riverotter great job with your analysis. When I've mentioned few months back that maybe the sale process will be not as straight forward I was shouted at by some here that I know nothing and it will be a simple offer made and then accepted by Candy. But you always have this kind of reaction from people who are in love with the stock. And they are the ones who normally get burned. I currently have no shares as I sold remaining holding last week. I will be watching this company for a speculative buy only if the opportunity comes. | sir_dominic
21/7/2020 09:54 | RRB the ultimate pump machine is no where to be seen. Easy peasy lemon squeezy to say suitors are interested and yet reality is there is nothing a foot or they would be all over it in their rns. What will likely happen is Candy and his mate will either take it private or end up with the majority of value in a TO via some sort of shady deal. So are the bulls happy to still be fed the fodder or are you exceptant of the facts when they are shoved in your faces. | cocker
21/7/2020 09:27 | M7 - Boom been at a critical tipping point for years. Luckily they have a very generous majority shareholder so it's not quite as material as you would suggest. However, they have indicated that they will become cash flow positive in 2021, so we don't have long to wait to find out. You'll get your answer in a few months. | mdchand
21/7/2020 09:11 | Loss for the Financial Period $2,002. Balance sheet, Total Equity $1,775. Net cash used in operating activities $1,685. 3 numbers from todays H1 report which indicate they're at a critical tipping point imminently. | mortimer7

21/7/2020 08:12 | Its a better than expected snap shot re revenue growth. Specifically US growth has gone from 8.7m to 11m year on year. That will please any potential purchases as I think we're all agreed they will be US based. Not so impressed with $2m jump in cost of sales though or the reasons why. Main issue - anything here that will dissuade a potential purchaser - not in my opinion. Cost base seems ripe for consolidation with another provider. | mdchand

20/7/2020 15:46 | Just wondering why you've popped up the day before the AGM? You're not negative or positive RiverOtter but you've done a lot of digging and laid out some interesting corporate facts on AB shareholdings and options together with links to other company interests. Rodger Sargent is well known for his activities in backing private companies into public shells. It's not surprising he gets the same set of punters into the new investments. It's not everyone's cup of tea but you take your chances. Audiboom has to now live up to the business it has grown into and not be judged on the past errors. Most of the private podcasting companies, including those just sold, have had chequered history over the past 5 years with $10 of millions invested in equity and reaching the revenue level of AB. All are loss making but AB I believe is now cash flow positive. | wooty01
20/7/2020 15:35 | You've done some good research RiverOtter. Thanks. Tobin only has 100k options at £1.30 which are profitable the rest are at £3.30 and £5.30. Last has 90k at £1.30 and Brad Clark 120k. Their remaining options are just slightly underwater. No senior management is getting rich at this level. So what's happening here with the market price. With H120 revenue likely to be flat compared to H119 but FY20 maintained at forecast the results should be seen as good in the current climate. But we all know that there will be posts tomorrow, already drafted, which will be negative. There will be lots of positive words but of course it's action that the market want. | wooty01
