Rp Please stop clogging up the BB with minute by minute price checks.
Everyone has access to the charts and for those followers looking at the BB on phones its a hell of a lot of dross to get through, particularly on such an important morning.

Price trend is likely downwards because of fall in copper price as a result of China saying it is only targeting 6.5% growth this year.

Ha ha - ONLY 6.5% growth - that's still a doubling of the economy every 11 years

A decent Nomad will ensure that procedures are in place to get the results RNSd.

In some cases, from my experience, the written judgement goes to both parties for checking (just of facts: not an opportunity to change the decision) prior to being announced, so the decision may already be known and the RNS prepared.

Any attempt to "jump the gun" is probably insider trading.

It should be suspended at some point, hopefully first thing, market sensitive information, material or not. Doesn’t bother me whether people want to take a punt or not, they shouldn’t get the chance until the news has been RNS’d to the market.

I guess if they are not suspended, one thing it does say is that regardless of the outcome, it's not that material. Given the downside of 18m Euro's potential cash needed now and a market cap of 194m euro's is probably right.

Can't see that the shares will be suspended in the morning - the court decision is hardly fundamental one way or the otherIs anyone going to take a punt first thing on the basis that we win AND the victory actually has any effect on the sp?

I am a long term holder and believe that £2.50 is possible in 3 months - this court case is a nuisance because it diverts attention away from the success that a good management team is achieving, the rise in the price of copper, and the increase in the price of copper..

+1 stock, it's worth reminding ourselves that PRT is so much more than Cerro Collorado, the new 43-101 is only for the 1 pit.., in addition to this we have Filon Sur, Filon Norte, San Donisio, San Antonio, Planes.., and now the Touro project as well.., the share price is pre consolidation price level from before we were making or selling anything at all with so much value now added, but not yet recognised, and the handbrake could/should come off Monday 11am..!

Our journey really has only just started as we scale up, and expand.

A useful reminder of the additional potential of a further 800,000 contained tonnes of cooper at grades of 0.88 - 1.67 that could be available at San Antonio and San Dionisio, potentially treatable though other unrefurbished parts of the mine.
