17/1/2017 08:48 | In fact I've just checked and my figures are almost exactly in line with the average of four Brokers forecasts on TD Direct Investing website. You all know who those workers are and their price forecasts up to 217p... | rougepierre
17/1/2017 08:45 | Looks like I was right again about the share price . . . 160p was an important area . . . | cufes2
17/1/2017 08:45 | Yes. Just keep repeating that to yourself. You don't have to wait until April... We made a maiden profit for Q4 and we have positive EBITDA for the WHOLE of 2016!! AIMHO as usual... | rougepierre
17/1/2017 08:43 | I see we have some 'News' sellers..! The improvement in recoveries is what caught my eye throughout the year, 80/82/83 now 84.4%.. this will impact on the FY2017 Copper totals. On going drilling yet to be modelled. A maiden profit Q4 too.. :o) | laurence llewelyn binliner
17/1/2017 08:41 | Theres an old adage... Buy on rumour...sell on facts... Look at this seriously...ATYM shares have been heavily bid for over a week, with few available to buy... Weak holders will have looked at this RNS and seen nothing new to get excited about, so some sold and then the MMs bang the share price down... But this report gives us FACTS about production which make 2016 a fantastic year when we became a serious copper producer just as a new copper bull market began... When this tree shake has finished we can begin the march again towards 200p and beyond... And no amount of negativity by CuFe will stop that... ;-) STAY PATIENT and ye shall be rewarded... AIMHO as usual... | rougepierre
17/1/2017 08:36 | Alberto hasn't done it but those figures won't be far off... So...I'll keep it simple... EBITDA Q4 £3.8 million EBITDA 2016 £2.24 million PROFIT for Q4 £1.55 million Amazing! | rougepierre

17/1/2017 08:29 | oops! fat thumbs... | rougepierre
17/1/2017 08:29 | OK so I've edited post 4762 for the actual figures... Possible financials for Q4 and FY 2016... Calculated an average copper price for Q4 of $2.38, so... 8938 tonnes of ore produced, and an average cost of production of $1.88, gives a Gross margin of $0.50, so Gross Profit is: 8938*2205*0.5/1.08 (average Q4 value of Euro) = 9.124m Euros Less Admin Costs of 4.500 and Exploration costs of say 0.200 for the quarter, leaves EBITDA at 4.424m Euros Accumulated EBITDA for the first 9 months was (1.577m) Euros so I calculate that we have positive EBITDA for FY 2016 of 2.847m Euros, equivalent to £2.240m (translated at a period end 0.85) Meanwhile, looking at Q4 figures alone, after Depreciation and Amortisation of say 2.5m we have a Pre Tax PROFIT for the quarter of 1.824m Euros, or £1.55m And the accumulated loss for the year would be about 6m Euros, or £5.1m.... Pretty damn good! Using EBITDA as a proxy for net operating cashflows, we've generated almost 3m Euros from trading, which certainly mitigates any borrowing requirement... AIMHO as usual... | rougepierre
17/1/2017 08:25 | P.S. Can not get a quote to sell any shares! | shortarm

17/1/2017 08:14 | Shortarm There was an opportunity for the company to support the current share price momentum . . . They have chosen not to . . . Many others have commented on the poor PR when there is obviously some good news . . . If you don't like my posts filter me rather than posting the same old guff and playing to the audience for easy thumbs up . . . | cufes2
17/1/2017 08:14 | Talk about keeping back good news. Exploration and Geology Exploration drilling was concentrated on the northern extension of the historic Atalaya pit. Results are positive, but preliminary, with further drilling to continue during 2017. Infill drilling on the south-western side of the Cerro Colorado pit (historic Filon Sur open pit and underground workings) was also positive, reporting significant copper intercepts. Further confirmation drilling is ongoing. | waterloo01
17/1/2017 08:14 | I take it that the sellers were expecting some big numbers today and have left or always intended to leave after this update. | manfrom

17/1/2017 07:38 | With Cufe in mind this was posted by Small Holding on iii after today's Rns. Copper production at the high end of production guidance, what a surprise, continues the under declare over achieve formula. 8938 tonnes of contained copper in the quarter, or 35,752 for the year if that figure is replicated throughout 2017 (or bettered) In Q3 8752 tonnes of contained copper was produced, with costs at $1.97/lb, revenues for that quarter were €27.2 million and the average selling price was $2.18/lb For the first 6 months of 2016 revenues were €22.7 million, in Q3 €27.2, making €49.9 million for the 9 months Q4 produced 8938 tonnes, assuming the costs were the same and you put your own figure on the average selling price for the quarter, how much revenue did we generate in Q4? The 2016 Financial Statements in early April 2017 will be impressive | chelsea101
17/1/2017 07:18 | Wow Cufe, must be fun at your house! How do you manage to maintain such a miserable outlook on every single thing?? | shortarm
17/1/2017 07:09 | Hmmmm . . . that's a shame, no financial guidance other than to say they have a major debt with a contractor to support the working capital requirements . . . Financial In an effort to improve its working capital, the Company reached an agreement in December 2016 with its mining contractor to defer certain payments totalling EUR8 million until 2018. The Company expects to be generating stronger cash flows on a sustained basis by then, based on its operating budgets for 2017. This agreement covers a significant part of the Company's current working capital needs and demonstrates the excellent working relationship the Company enjoys with one of its key stakeholders. The Company expects to release its 2016 Financial Statements, including sales and operating costs, in early April 2017. | cufes2
