Market manipulation again...

Quote 151/160 (which is supposed to be the price for NMS or 2500 shares)

But I get a FIRM electronic quote to sell 25000 at 155p...

AIM Regulation has no teeth and doesn't care...

Copper @ $2.71. Hoping this continues into London opening in the morn.

Will we get an RNS or a tick up. Not long to find out.

No problem reba - I have been invested in Kincora for around 2.5yrs and feel this could be the year. More so now after the recent merger and current RNS. As they have an impressive team behind them with a proven history of significant discoveries. If I can help people along the way or at least point them to Kincoras potential then great and we can all benefit (hopefully). That's assuming they find the "elephant in elephant country" :-)

Obviously there are risks, that is why I provided links and some info as a starting point for anyone who wants to dig deeper if they fancy a punt.

Hi reba - Hope this helps answer your question.

I have done a lot of research on this stock and believe the signs are there that they are sitting on something that could be life changing for anyone getting in early enough.

Ivanhoe mining had the land many years back and as a precondition with the Mongolian government at the time of the oyu tologoi discovery they had to reluctantly give up the land. And at the time the belief was that they had other untapped areas of interest that could have been even bigger than oyu tologoi and guess who has this land now, yes KINCORA and guess who recently merged with KINCORA after losing this land a number of years back, a subsidiary of Ivanhoe mining called High Power Ventures(HPX)under the control of Robert Friedland.

HPX also own The Typhoon™ data acquisition system is the most accurate and powerful
IP and EM geophysical survey technology available to base metal explorers today. Which Kicora now has access to.

Now these guys managed to get access to this land again via a merger. That tells a lot as far as I'm concerned.

Here are some links that I hope will help answer your question.

If you look at the SLP thread. I was chatting to husbod about Kincora there. Starting from approx post number 730

I also posted about Kincora in this thread a wee while back. I will repost here to save you trawling through them to find it.

For those of you that can afford a risky punt, keep an eye out for Kincora Copper in 2017 (KCC) listed on the TSX Canadian venture exchange. This is one that I'm really excited about and have already invested in. They recently merged with two affiliates of Ivanhoe Industries (High Power ventures) whose founder is none other than Robert Friedland.

Ivanhoe has a track record of exploration and development of mineral and energy resources and where responsible for the discovery of one of the world’s largest porphyry copper and gold mines in Mongolia (Oyu Tolgoi) which was sold onto Rio Tinto.

Kincora copper has multiple licenses covering a vast swathe of land in Mongolia on the same metallogenic belt as the Oyu Tolgoi mine right on China's door step.

Mongolia is rich in minerals and this particular province is analogous to exploring the majority of the Northern Chile copper belt from the 1970s.

After the merger with Ivanhoes two affiliates they now have access to the latest geophysical technology and also have a team onboard that has an exceptional track record with Tier 1 porphyries.

Kincora Copper are looking to find not one but two Tier 1 copper/gold porphyries.

As one article puts it "Kincora are looking for Elephants in Elephant country"

Kincora Copper now has a solid base from which to embark on a serious elephant hunt

The Typhoonâ„¢ data acquisition system is the most accurate and powerful
IP and EM geophysical survey technology available to base metal explorers today.

Yes, there are huge risks here, but with huge risks comes potential blue sky returns.

#Iankn73, if you go to the justice/courts/daily courts/commercial/ you can see the daily hearings due for Monday 16th, they probably update this daily, but doesn't show past cases.

I found the same text last night ref Friday 13th 10:30am, but its gone today..!

Cases will get moved around I'm sure, so maybe ours has been and gone..? or we can check the daily hearings and wait to see if our drops onto the list..

I did notice that post on the II site but just assumed that the poster was ill informed. I still can't seem to find anything even when clicking on the provided court link. So thinking everything is as is or I would have expected an rns about this.

Acamas - I had a similar moment many years ago when I was on a family holiday in South West France and went to a Biarritz Agen rugby match. Afterwards we were in the club house and this giant lumbered towards us - it was the old French second row Jean Paul Condom. Condom I thought, what's that in English. When I got home I bought ICI that maker of a well known brand of paint

head gardener,

Since you put the question of large spread to me I have been looking at Swallowfield in more detail. This is what I have come up with, make of it what you will

Shares in issue 16 million+

In free float 13 million+ (81%)

Average volume traded daily last 3 months 47k

So they are iliquid because they are tightly held? Two thoughts who is holding them and why?

Answers Institutions & PI's
Possible takeover or because Swallowfield is a sound growth company

I would be interested in any views you hold on SWL

Fair play to RP, he got his timing a lot better than most of us LTH's did, we were so far ahead of the curve it was still flat.. :o)

But there is still plenty of meat on the bone with Copper heading towards $2.75 and onto $3.00/lb, I would of course rather be in profit, but will take my reducing losses just the same, 2-3 years out with dividends to come in we will have a profit from here too over time, every one of my shares is in the ISA and any tax free income is fine by me..

Can't get 'em all right on timing, KEFI is a lot closer though, and many of us are in over there too.., all things being well, we hit that 1 better.

Let's see what the share price gives us on Monday following a strong Copper rally not yet taken into account on Friday, but 140-155p this week is a good start.

I do not understand the huge spread on ADVFN because Trades are actually recorded much tighter than shown here.

Perhaps she uses bagsy products?

Acamas, Swallowfield 'looks good, but what a huge spread, does it ever narrow. RP 's asset rich wife may have given Cufe idea's of elopement!

Erric,

I fail to see what is to be gained by the average poster reading how well somebody is doing in a share from 80p upwards and then to discuss another family members holding. Some of the LTH's must be miffed by it all when their break even price is still some way off.

RP's forecast future figures are very useful but The little Jack Horner approach is tiresome. We can all post about our success at this game. For instance the other week I was shaving and was looking at the gel I was using called RS. I thought who or what was RS. So I did some research and it belongs to a company called Swallowfield(SWL). Guess what I am now in profit and Swallowfield looks like a takeover prospect to me and a very sound investment. We will leave it at that.

RP - I moderated you because the general opinion of this thread is it is vulgar to boast about one's holdings and indiscrete to talk about your wife's shares. I'm sure its the same decorum in Ilkley Golf Club locker room.
Easy banter between posters is no problem to me.
