28/7/2006 15:35 | Before reading your valued suggestion, I bought 50k @ 1.9p. So we will see how it goes. | havenpoint
28/7/2006 15:12 | Haven - re your post 337. Given the level of your current investment you would have to average down massively. That said, another 500k broken down over a series of trades at this level would only cost £10k and we may see the price rise if there's a serious buyer in the market. Don't get me wrong I would never encourage anyone to invest on my advice but we have seen how the price of ASE fluctuates on small trades. This stock simply needs more interest and of course some good news. | flc
28/7/2006 08:50 | I refused to sell out at these silly low prices. My dilema is whether to increase my holding at this time or to wait until there is some substantive news which will cause the market to take note of the share and start buying. As can be seen from daily trades, many days often go by when there is a nil activity. | havenpoint
28/7/2006 07:47 | Future - I've already turned a profit on ASE when I sold out at 8p in 2004. Bought back in this year as confident that they will reach a similar level before end of 2006. Its only a small punt for me but I do have confidence that ASE will come good one day. | flc
27/7/2006 20:54 | Personally, I would be happy to get near my average buying price. Though knowing me when it reaches there, if ever, I still will hold, hoping it goes higher and I can actually make a profit. And while I p;rocrastinate, the price slides back again. | havenpoint
27/7/2006 19:12 | FLC, Again just speculating what would be a decent level for you? & havenpoint I hope you can at least see some return on ya money....all the very best agin guys.... | future earner
27/7/2006 08:27 | Kev - simply took advantage of the reduced spread. Wanted 50k at 1.75 but broker could only get the 25k. I only hold 75k in total so it's a long term punt. If they get it right and reach profitability then no reason why this won't get to a decent level. IMHO | flc
26/7/2006 21:04 | At least they have reduced the spread from 40% to 25%. A move in the right direction. I hold about 500k but most of it was bought at the heyday of the stock when it was known as Premisys. I paid 185-200 for stock though bought more as the price fell and averged out at about 85p. I am reluctant to invest more in to the stock unless there is some real excitement around in which case my speculative instincts would get me interested again. | havenpoint
26/7/2006 20:10 | FLC I know this could be perceived as a buying opportunity but what gives you the confidence if any for this stock turning around. some new news on thier website about a survey thats been conducted, be interested to hear your thoughts.B lucky.... all the best. Kev. | future earner
26/7/2006 16:38 | Just picked up another 25k. | flc
23/7/2006 19:19 | agreed mate, you buy you instantly lose 20-25% of your investment, you wanna sell crazy spreads.....don't want ya to buy, don't want ya to sell. Some 'market maker' they are.....??? | future earner
20/7/2006 16:17 | What is the purpose of a 40% spread in price. Absolutely ridiculous!!! | havenpoint
16/7/2006 19:26 | Been on hols for a couple of days!!!! What have I missed......down 18%.. Any news.....????? | future earner
27/6/2006 21:59 | Ex. Why would that be?? | future earner
26/6/2006 17:52 | I can see these move up again very soon | excalibar
14/6/2006 16:23 | 20 or more People place buy orders in the mkt all at 2p , its my hunch the mm would want to lower the price to satisfy all those buys, hopefully the price will kick start a recovery to 6p | vision88
14/6/2006 14:48 | Looks like you were right Guru | flc
07/6/2006 14:50 | It would make me feel better in making the right decision if these went down after selling these earlier on this week | excalibar
06/6/2006 18:58 | No price fall today... in spite of selling | havenpoint
05/6/2006 21:26 | excalibar and dell314 - I agree. The last statement was poor. It could just be a share price boosting exercising with the directors buying stock. Today we have seen a 44% rise on very thin volumes. Watch the price tomorrow fall back. If it does not fall back it will at least tread water. No crystal ball needed here. The hot air only lasts a certain amount of time, as there is really nothing concrete holding the stock up. No quick kill. | guru11
05/6/2006 20:35 | Excalibar you may be right....but they "wont go up any more" can I borrow your crystal ball......sorry couldn't resist. It justs seems that the slightest bit of blue brings all the prophets of doom out.....you could all be correct of course.....but then again you could all be completely wrong....good luck to all that hold....& good luck to all that sold!!! B Lucky...Kev | future earner
05/6/2006 18:02 | I am holding long term. Have a substantial holding which I bought when the shares were on a meteoric rise trading as Premisys. Good old days. Who knows, they may return one day. | havenpoint
05/6/2006 17:35 | sold these today - wont go up any more | excalibar
05/6/2006 13:15 | Can't see a problem with funding when they have a billionaire sponsor who quite clearly sees the benefit for his own R20 ventures. Still a disappointing set of figures although they are continuing to move in the right direction towards profitable trading which should now be within reach with lower cost base and direct sales rather than reseller agreements. Probably have to sit on these for another 6 months. | flc |
