Completion of Migration from the British Virgin Islands to Bermuda
Asian Growth Properties Limited (the "Company") (AIM Stock Code: AGP) is pleased to advise that it has successfully completed the migration from the British Virgin Islands to Bermuda ("Migration"). Readmission and dealings in the common shares of the Company to AIM took place at 8.00 a.m. on 7 December 2016.
Upon completion of the Migration, the ISIN and SEDOL of the common shares and the Depositary Interests ("DIs") in the common shares have been changed as follows:-
BMG054131021 * ISIN of common shares of the Company and the DIs in the common shares BYX9313 * SEDOL of common shares of the Company and the DIs in the common shares
