Can we expect a £1 by Friday. I understand that an announcement of interims is due on 7th Aug. The buying over the last few days as well as the price rise indicates possible profit. Therefore has the feel good premium benn built in?

mbradley - like mr.oz my broker is comdirect (was limited to 500/1000). Although the order did get filled on Friday before close.

A0469514 - thanks for the update.

Techinvest has reiterated its buy advice based on the fact that the company has substantial low risk recurring software support revenues of over £7 million. Also the newly launched Portrait product suite is enjoying a successful introduction and rollout in the US and in Europe.

A Techinvest tip typically triggers significant demand for many days following.

If the mms are short of stock as was mentioned on Friday then look out for a substantial rise this week.

I also tried to buy more with TD Waterhouse on late Friday, they would not trade more than 500 electronicly.

Broker is comDirect ("Europe's biggest online broker"- so the phonegirl says)and I can confirm they have had limited stock
....I had a choice of topping up Thursday at 70p and was only offered 1000 shares maximum,.... so I took them. Subsequently tried for more after scotty's post and 500 was all they wanted to give!
If there was sufficient interest , this will re-rate at £1 next IMO

scotty. Who's your broker? I've never had much trouble getting batches of 4/6000 although that was when they were 46p a week or so back. I use schwab.

Oh well I suppose it can't go up everyday - following the monumental rise of this week, a down day of 0.7% I can live with !

Just put a small order in for 1900, still can't get more than 500 online. Can sell 25000 at 70p.

You can get 70p on the bid now if anyone wants to sell...

scotty- I too felt this was a protected buy ..the MM dealing with it had to source the amount from other(s)
I cant think of a scenario the other way round.
(except -MM absorbed stock by selling it on to others --- I dont think so ----as you are quite right about 500 max online amount, just checked)

---MM's appear to be out of stock , but 70p bid would perhaps lead to a lot of sell orders- seems a resistance level.

Still was not sure about the 200k trades earlier so checked the buy/sell quantities on-line (comdirect).

Can sell 25,000 @ 69.25p
Can buy 500 @ 72.95

So this leads me to believe the earlier trades were buys and the MM's have no stock ??? Anyone else have a different opinion

FYI - All 5 MM's are sat on both the bid and offer. Happy to trade the spread I guess, but the best it has been so far today

safman - If you expect them to go to a pound then you should buy now at 73p. Not a bad return imo (37%) :-)

Why ? I have bought in and sold again only to buy in again etc about 3 times now....if I had held my original holding in the first place then I probably would not be posting now but be in some very hot country ;-)

I 1st bought in below 20p in mid MAY (tech/mr.oz etc were around then i believe also)topping up along the way before selling just under 40p. Then bought in again twice lately most recently at 65p and before that at just over 40p.

How about you ?

AGM should be earlier I think, it was Novemeber last year but this was delayed because of a few small problems they encountered last year :-)

As far as the 200k trades are concerned, does look a little odd at first glance they look like sells but not 100% sure !!!!
