bozzy No problem at all. Like I said anything pumped by lee and topinfo on twitter all you have to do is wait a few days and you will nearly always save 10-20% and sometimes more. Same old bullish tried and tested ramps by the pair. Price will multibag and maybe 200% then it's dumped for 5-10%. Can you believe 1700 people follow topinfo on twitter now, unless he is setting them up himself it has to be the most craziest stat of these boards. I really did not think there was that many idiots trading shares thesedays to follow a word he says. Beware 3dimensional on here has around 20 names to be used and is starting to go back to old habits spamming with those names such as onceatrader and his new set up name "trader mick" which is my name on the LSE site. He is a prolific conman as sets up accounts with other people's names

So so predictable. Thanks for the heads up Sharetips6. I was going to buy yesterday on the back of results / dividend announcement - without noticing these were being hyped by renowned short-termers/scammers elsewhere. I expect some used the 17p dividend to talk up the stock, failing to mention it's for those who hold shares in June this year. Absolutely no use to the ramping crowd, they can't hold a stock for more than a few days. Latifs100 - it's probably a buy when the rest of yesterday's short-termers have sold. I'd hope to get in for 40p and hold for a couple of years. Might get 40p back in dividends in that time.

Great call again hatey "attracts 20-30 minute holders and he has never held any stock for more than a few hours so they go up and then straight back down." So I have held the stock for more than 20minutes and days high has just been paid...what an idiot *facepalm*

I can jump to conclusions because I post 95% of all trades I do so my track record is there to see. You on the other hand say you got all these winners yet where are they posted....hmmmm Yea you match my trades up quickly just like you did in REAC this morning haha idiot and put it like this I never pumped ADSS all the way from 4p to 0.5p like you did, shocking.

hxxp://www.hl.co.uk/shares/shares-search-results/a/asian-growth-properties-com-stk-usd0.05/share-news Proposed Disposal of Property On 25 February 2016, the Company announced that the Vendor (an indirect wholly owned subsidiary of AGP) and AGP entered into the Sale Agreement with the Purchaser and the Purchaser's Guarantor in relation to the conditional Disposal of the Target Group, which owns the property known as Dah Sing Financial Centre held by the AGP Group in Hong Kong, for a gross Consideration (for the Sale Shares) of HK$10,000 million (approximately £926 million) in cash to the Purchaser. The Target Group to be acquired by the Purchaser comprises SEA (BVI) (an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company) and Wing Siu (a wholly-owned subsidiary of SEA (BVI)). Wing Siu is the sole registered and beneficial owner of the Property, a 38-storey commercial and office building situated at 108 Gloucester Road, Wanchai, Hong Kong with a gross floor area and total lettable area of approximately 37,214 square metres and 32,606 square metres respectively and 156 car parking spaces. The Property was valued as at 31 December 2015 at a value of HK$9,500 million (approximately £880 million) by Savills Valuation and Professional Services Limited, an independent property valuer. In addition to the Consideration for the Sale Shares, the Purchaser will pay the Vendor on Completion: (i) the Capex Amount of HK$80 million (approximately £7.4 million) to compensate the Vendor for capital expenditure on the Property and furniture, fixtures and fittings which is not reflected in the Consideration; and (ii) an amount equivalent to the Owner's Fund outstanding at Completion held by the Target Group's manager/ managing agent for the purpose of managing and maintaining the Property. The balance of the Owner's Fund as at 31 December 2015 amounted to approximately HK$45 million (approximately £4 million). Completion of the Disposal is subject to various conditions, more particularly set out below. Assuming the Disposal proceeds to Completion, the AGP Group will receive a total gross cash consideration for the Sale Shares, the Capex Amount and the Owner's Fund of approximately HK$10,125 million (approximately £938 million). After repayment of the Bank Loan with a principal amount of approximately HK$1,981 million (approximately £183 million), the AGP Group will receive a net consideration for the Sale Shares of approximately HK$8,019 million (approximately £743 million) and together with the Capex Amount and the Owner's Fund, a total net consideration of approximately HK$8,144 million (approximately £754 million), before deducting transaction costs and expenses. The capital gain from the Disposal before transaction costs and expenses is expected to be approximately HK$700 million (approximately £65 million).
