The asset in focus right now, BKM, which is targeting a 25kt /yr pure copper cathode production has a 25 year mining licence + extensions. Well the mining licence is for the KSK area that includes BKM and also BKS, BKW, BKZ (Baroi with high grades Copper, Gold, Zinc, Lead) Beutong is the 100tkt+ project that is currently awaiting upgrade from exploration to production licence. All the documentation required is with the governmentSame goes for the gold project at Jelai. Currently has exploration licence and is in process of converting to miningThe mining licences are expected to come through at any time

What licences are some posters asking about?

Is it the move from exploration to production for the current copper deposits being tested, or for the other exloration assets(Gold etc)? which I think run until mid 2017? Not researched fully, just followed the copper drill progress.

Gets a bit boring after a while watching this drift down time after tike on release of superb news.

Ah well, at some point value will be reflected in the price so just a strong hold until that point.....

Beutong license would massively boost sentiment and interest.......
