The iceberg has to melt. If there is going to be a placing then forward selling may be the cause of the price drop. Rather than dump the entire kaboodle on the market in one hit they will drip-feed, taking the price down to around the placing price suppressing any rise until they are done.

I only put it up there for any new investors who are possibly unaware of TM's background and connections. When he says he has investors with deep pockets, he does. EMR is a prime possibility. They have a mountain of cash, TM is an ED of the company. BKM and Beutong might possibly be at too early a stage for a large scale investment but obtaining funding to see us through to end of feasibility should not be a big issue.
