I agree fully but it does show the potential that the company has and that they are respected as they are rubbing shoulders with the likes of Siemens and Thales !

...yes, but what we all want to know (including their FD, I suspect) is -
(a) Will they get paid for them? and
(b) When?

How many new contracts ?

Overseas, Avionic Services is currently involved with modernisation of Kotoka International Airport at Accra in Ghana including radar, navaids and communication coverage throughout the Accra FIR. We are acting as the Siemens project manager for the supply and installation of navigation, communication and ATC equipment for the upgrade of Addis Ababa International Airport and five regional airports in Ethiopia. We have recently completed the installation and commissioning of 3 DMEs in Colombia for Fernau Avionics Ltd. Our engineers are also installing 5 DVOR/DMEs for Thales Navaids (Airsys) in Portugal and a further one in Romania.

knowing - had a look at the website - is there something there to look for?

I found this:

2nd highest gainer of the day at the moment. I'd like to think that there was a bit of positive news on it's way and yet they have only moved the offer not the bid. Then again people are selling at that level so why should they until there's a bit of buying. It's a gamble at the moment.

Reason appears to be 1 million sale at 0.625p.
Alistair re my earlier comment. These days with technology the way it is I would rather see shares trading on the true spread that a fictious one, it does not mislead anyone.Yes it dropped on the buy price shown on screen but that was the price you paid for them anyhow so truth is no drop.

Well that's an interesting call, ruby2. So you looked at the chart, read the trading statement of a few days ago saying they would need to raise more working capital, considered the delayed contracts and the possibility of them running out of cash and decided these were 'buy' signals?! Now I know what 'contrarian investing' means. Do you play Russian Roulette in your spare time?

8-)
