so correct!! so if they aint relisted and we all voted as recommended as did the board surely then they have not cashed their shares in? so compensation must be due

they told us we would re list in 6 months over 18 months ago!

so what can we do now...fraud? the definiton of fraud is a trick and to part you from your money...i feel defrauded.I am going to try and speak to some people in the know.they got our shares on the promise to relist later and told everyone this is a good deal, over 6mths pass and this, does not feel good to me

jamie, so have the restrictions been lifted? as it's 2nd July now.

At the moment these shares are still held in our nominee name and can not be transferred out or re-registered into your name at present as the certificates are restricted



I have contacted the company in the U.S. directly and they have informed me that the restriction can not be lifted until the 1st July 2010.

I was told in April that the March filings would be done in two weeks.
they are either incompetent or lieing to us.
really p*ssed off with the whole thing.

You noted that you hold ADSL shares, is this correct? Did you receive correspondence on the Yarraman offer for takeover of ADSL which was completed in July 2009
