Fair point Almost

Porter should not be grouped with Moss, Lees & Lassman. The reason I would not invest with Porter is he showed very poor business acumen in turning down a 5p a share offer when Chairman and for re-appointing Moss as CEO – the other three just looted the company (or assisted Moss in doing so)

ADH also announces that it is in discussion with certain parties that may result in an investment being made into the Company.

Would anyone take a punt on this knowing the prior form ?

don't the shareholders get a say in if they feel Moss is a viable option to invest their money or, is it a case of Moss needing a job / pay scheme until he uses all the cash up? Defaulting on debts from businesses he set up as part of the group is not credible surely?? How much more evidence does this totally inept Board want..........

and as for the share price ......... no, Thanks Moss, really, you are a total ........

Well it appears that it is game up.
Mr Moss you decided to take a 50 % wage cut and shares in this company.
You tried and have failed...happens a lot in AIM companies.
So I post my losses and bury the beast of ADH RIP.
Look likes the fat Tw@t has sold every one down the river.
Bail out all better to take a large loss than a total one it is I concour over.
Get into MOS if you can it's already about to blow.

Hi Almost

I have no idea. He has an excessive salary, awarded by the Board, so it would depend if saved it. I am led to believe he has quite a racy lifestyle as befits an internet entrepreneur (e.g. planes, fancy cars etc) so one would wonder.

Although Moss has a monstrous ego, I wonder if he regrets turning down the 5p a share offer he was made a couple of years ago. It was alleged he told the Board (David Lees & John Porter) he would take that share price back to 20p at the time.

But as the say hindsight is a perfect science.

Is Quilarvium the long lost brother of FlyinSwan ......... surely they must be related to have two such devoted followers / believers of Moss!!?

Apparently all assets are up for grabs as Moss tries any way he can to keep himself employed. China investment, no chance! For the money it would cost to sort out all ADH's woes a savvy Chinese operator could buy better elsewhere or build themselves.

As for buying Moss's "contacts who listen to what he says ....." Quilarvium, if these so called agency / Media luminaries did this, ask yourself this - WHY DON'T THEY SPEND THEIR CLIENTS MONEY WITH MOSS / ADH???

Answer soon please as I could do with another laugh in the face of this appalling share price

ADH share price today or should I say yesterday, did a Mini Golden Cross were the 20 Day Moving Average crossed through the 50 DMA. So the short term Trend (20 DMA) is now rapidly upwards. This is helping to support the price IMHO

Only 9 Trading day left now until July when we are due the next News Announcement. DYOR

Nearly all Buys on Barchart especially short term:

British Bulls has ADH as a BUY from the 15th June:

Resistance 1: 0.78p Resistance 2: 1.03p

Nice to see the ADH share price above the 20 day moving average again.

It is also very nice to see the Parabolic SAR starting a new Up Trend today:

The Volume seems to be increasing as we move towards the News to be released at the beginning of April. IMHO

The ADH share price is just pulling back to the previous resistance level, to prove this is now a new support level, as we move up to a higher trading range.

If we close at the current ADH share price, we will have proved a new support level and the share price can move onwards and upwards. IMHO

Hello rampers and for those long term holders "Abandon all hope ye who enter here".

I find my self in the unusual position of agreeing with Blackster that the company does need to be talked up. To be able to start talking the business up, it does need to start from a solid foundation of facts, rather than the current series of hopes. To that end I would ask Blackster if on his next call to Moss, he could ask Moss to address the following issues in the trading statement (if like last year end of Feb) and results (my bet April 28th release so no-one is watching)

Couple of assumptions first: based on the interim trading statement and subsequent RNS re the disposal of Australian office, I am forecasting that the 31 December 2010 Net Asset position will be positive £250k (an improvement from the half year of negative £2m)

If Australian operations are stripped out of the half year numbers (as per statement) the rest of the business makes an EBITDA loss of £585k on a turnover of £3.5m

The gross profit at the interims was 22% and that is the same across the business (i.e. Aus was not significantly higher)

Blackster would you mind communicating the following:

a) How long will it take into the new year (2011) for the company to become profitable at an EBITDA level and does my project net asset figure of £250k give enough room to do so before going back to negative equity
b) What is the position with IT – does ADH develop any of its own or is it all rented in. From the announcements I assume it is rented in, if so, could Moss give an indication of whether the cost goes up proportionally with Turnover, or what the dynamic is
c) A clear statement on the working capital cycle and how this gap is going to be funded as the company grows e.g. over draft or equity (I assume Google is not minded to extend the same terms it used to)
d) The nature of the business – how much can the business affect the gross profit line – i.e. is this now an agency model and ADH is paid a flat % of turnover or can through good campaign management can ADH improve the %.
e) A clear statement on the length of client contracts e.g. are they fixed, rolling with notice period. Also a clear statement on client wins and size (no names just figures)
f) Now that Tina Beatie (Mrs John Porter) has left the Board and John Porter has had his loan and interest repaid, does Mr Porter still support the business or has he cut it adrift (much like JO Hambro) and is he going to try to sell his holding
g) I was up at Darlow Smith Productions the other day and was surprised to see the old dgm UK offices still branded and all the furniture inside – I assume ADH is still paying the rent for the offices and this is the £426k lease provision in the accounts. It would be useful to know what the cash drain is on this especially in relation to point (a)
h) Don't put in a meaningless statistic about how big China market could be, rather more detail on client wins and what they mean to ADH
i) Don't enter the year with "optimism" – it signals another disastrous year ahead for shareholders.
j) Don't spin the results, the shareprice is bad enough, I doubt there is anything Moss could say to make it any worse (other than it is bust) – just say it as it is. Moss used to boast about being a Northerner, so call a spade a spade
k) Finally to get the stock price back on track, do what you say you are going to do and make the business profitable – no jam tomorrow focus on today

From my point of view as a shareholder it is incredibly difficult to put a value on the business with 708,768,684 shares in issue, does not make any money and to my mind will need further capital to be able to continue to trade

Share price Enterprise value (£m)
£0.007 4,961
£0.006 4,253
£0.005 3,544
£0.004 2,835
£0.003 2,126
£0.002 1,418

With no earning multiple it is difficult to compare to anything and with a projected turnover of £7/8m it is difficult to see a buyer wanting to spend half that to get the business. I would be interested as to how people talking the stock up on the board are getting to their value decisions – perhaps they could give me a few clues

Last time diaciaprice was on this chat board in October 2010 talking the stock up it went up and then promptly reached a new all time low. For my sake, I hope diacaprice's luck has changed.

Good luck with the call Blackster
