09/6/2011 09:20 | a couple more ping's this morning, ADH is starting to get itself noticed again. IMHO | flyingswan
09/6/2011 08:47 | I think people are starting to see the long term value in ADH and realise the share price has a strong foundation at this level, so my feeling is the only way is up from here. IMHO | flyingswan
01/6/2011 10:34 | Sorry to crash this board, but thought you'd be interested in taking a look at an overlooked Asian Media stock that seems to be breaking new boundaries in the industry, but still undervalued mainly due to lack of liquidity. The company is Red Hot Media International (AIM: RHM) and operates in Malaysia and China, where advertising / marketing spending is still high and GDP growth is strong (conservative 2010-12 between 6 - 8.4%). The business plan looks compelling provides traditional advertising services for many of the Blue Chips in the region (Porsche, Singer, BenQ, LG, Hyundai), plus it has added a unique reseller / distribution network, to augment advertising revenue with product sales revenue, ie; it sells those products it advertises. It focuses on electricals, white goods and financial services. Currently looks cheap (against Asian peer group which carries higher valuations than the UK due to continued strong growth of economy and rise of new "consumer class") and PE is falling to 11x in 2011 (from 15.5x). Strong RNS in April saw it renew multiple advertising budgets with Porsche, Singer and others. Importantly, it is adding a new interactive social media arm this year, to support its outside advertising division, which could add substantially to the bottom line, due to high acceptance of mobile social media in home markets. Daniel Stewart is the broker which initiated in October at 103p price target (currently at 72.5p). Expect 2010 final results mid June and should be on forecast, as follows (approx RM5 to £1) 2009A 2010E 2011E Sales (RM) 26.2 36.0 50.4 PBT (RM) 4.7 10.6 15.7 EPS (p) 2.5 5.2 7.2 P/E 32.4x 15.5x 11x If you can find any stock, definitely worth a punt (IMHO). | mcamikeb

31/5/2011 13:14 | ADH Chart looking very positive: We now have the share price above the 50 Day Moving Average, as well as the 20 DMA and the 200 DMA. The Parabolic SAR should start a new Up Trend tomorrow if we close at the current levels. IMHO | flyingswan

31/5/2011 07:56 | Very Positive Update IMHO: DJ Asia Digital Holdings PLC Trading Update TIDMADH RNS Number : 5269H Asia Digital Holdings PLC 31 May 2011 Press Release 31 May 2011 Asia Digital Holdings Plc ("ADH" or the "Company") Receipt of Consideration from Disposal of DGM Australia Disposal of the AKTIV business Trading Update Asia Digital Holdings plc (AIM: ADH.L), an independent online marketing group (the "Group"), is pleased to give the following trading update. Receipt of Third Tranche of Deferred Consideration The Company confirms that it has now satisfied all contractual requirements from its disposal of the DGM operation in Australia following which it has received the third tranche of consideration amounting to AU$500,000 (c.GBP325,000). From this third tranche of consideration certain expenses have been deducted at source, or will be settled imminently, leading to a net receipt of AU$295,000 or (c.GBP192,000), marginally more than announced in the Preliminary Results on 5 April 2011. In satisfying the residual contractual requirements the Company anticipates receiving the last deferred payment of an additional AU$500,000 (c.GBP325,000), in November 2011. The net cash expected from the final deferred consideration payment due in November is AU$428,000 (c.GBP278,000). Disposal of AKTIV As announced in the Preliminary Results of the Group on 5 April 2011, the Board has undertaken a strategic review of the AKTIV business. AKTIV is a digital advertising sales house that represents media owners, selling their advertising space to global agencies and offering its customers administrative and commercial economies of scale. As this business had not delivered the expected upturn in trade through the first quarter of 2011, the Company has agreed to the existing AKTIV management team taking over that business in exchange for them taking over all related running costs with effect from the start of the second quarter. AKTIV represented 20% of Group continuing revenues in 2010, and retained 20% of Group operational staff during 2010. However, the business did not deliver consistent profitability through the last quarter of 2010 and in the first quarter of 2011 the AKTIV business made a loss of GBP91,000. The decision to dispose of the AKTIV business has made a positive impact on the trading results of the Group and the board of the Company expects this to improve the prospects of a return to Group profitability. Trading Update The Board continues to maintain tight control over the Company's working capital situation, and is pleased to report that during the first two quarters the Company's cashflow has been better than anticipated with accelerated receipts of certain receivables, particularly in the India operation. Current trading is as expected. In China within the second quarter the Group has retained a sales function and as a result has a healthy pipeline of new business in addition to having three clients live. In Singapore ADH has seen steady improvement in contribution on the back of the appointment of a new managing director whilst in India, despite an increasingly competitive environment the Group has maintained stable profitability and is looking at further expansion of the local offering. ADH's central cost base continues to benefit from the material cost savings initiatives announced previously and the disposal of the AKTIV business will drive further reductions. Further details on current trading will be given in the pre-close trading update which will be issued in July 2011. Adrian Moss, Chief Executive of Asia Digital Holdings plc, commented: "The Board is pleased with the progress that has been made during the period. Having received the third tranche of consideration from the sale of our Australian operation, and with our ongoing careful management of cash, the Company is in a better cash position to pursue its commercial objectives." - Ends - | flyingswan

24/5/2011 09:09 | If you say so FS. Any explanation as to where this "plenty of cash-flow for the rest of this year" will materialise from? | kemche
24/5/2011 08:54 | ADH had a good day yesterday, when there was a see of red. Lets see if we can keep up the momentum until the AGM. The reason for the drop from recent highs now seems to have passed as there was no delusion of shares at the end of April, so the payment must of arrived in time. There is another payment due in the Autumn, so there should be plenty of cash-flow for the rest of this year. IMHO | flyingswan
23/5/2011 15:19 | Baked Swan The AGM is on 15th June 2011 at 19 Cavendish Square,London W1A 2AW at 11.00am As a lucky fellow holder of this stock, I am sure you will want to join me in person to re-elect David Lees to the Board after the splendid job he has done as Chairman. You may not be so keen to vote on their power to allot equity securities for cash, as this may dilute your holding, but, you may have factored this into your valuation calculations (and or the golden cross) However, I plan to raise the issue of Adrian Moss's remuneration of £588,000 as I do not feel this fairly reflects his efforts in taking the share price 4p to 0.53p over the last five years, and feel that in line with your expectations of share performance, it should of course be higher. Happy voting | paddy71
22/5/2011 13:10 | The AGM last year was on the 28th May 2010, so if it is the same time this year, would perhaps be on Thursday the 26th or Friday 27 2011 - either way only a few days left to full your boots and take your positions in anticipation of any news announcements. IMHO | flyingswan
