Artilium expands into Germany

Artilium plc (LSE/AIM: ARTA), the AIM quoted provider of innovative telecommunication software and solutions, is pleased to announce the opening of a new office in Germany. Based in Bocholt, North Rhine-Westphalia, this office will enable Artilium to further expand into the significant and growing German market, where sales will be achieved exclusively through IT resellers and systems integrators to business customers.

The product portfolio offered will include managed cloud services, SIP trunking, hosted PBX, integrated fixed and mobile communications, unified communications and Skype for business integration. The business will also be able to provide IVR & multi-channel contact centre solutions through the Company's Livecom operation as well as billing and invoicing from the Company's market leading ARTA platform.

Artilium also announces the appointment, effective today, of Ron Miedema as Managing Director of Artilium GmbH with responsibility for all business operations in Germany. Mr Miedema previously held senior positions such as Business Development Director and Senior Manager New Business with Voiceworks GmBH, a fast-growing VoIP & web technology specialist. Ron will bring with him considerable telecoms and telephony industry knowledge and sales experience to Artilium GmbH, which will be instrumental as the Company expands further into the high growth German market.
