02/12/2016 10:54 | Fair enough Kcr Don't knock the company by the way !! If ALL BoD behaved like this one does the AIM would be a much better place....IMHO !! | aja5
02/12/2016 10:22 | Aja5 As I said...it "clarified the uncertainty". Best wishes Decided to edit the post as my statement is clearly a case of "eat shoots and leaves". The intended meaning was the RNS merely clarified the ongoing lack of clarity and certainty as to where the stock will be traded in the next 12 months, if at all, and how opex will be covered in the immediate term if not from revenue, which in itself is an unknown until results are published. Maybe I should have written "clarified the existence of ongoing uncertainty", I just didn't think it sounded quite as amusing. Regards | kcr69
02/12/2016 10:05 | What exactly did it clarify??? 1 They are 6 months behind schedule 2 They have wasted money trying to float in NZ& Australia by the way of floating new shares 3 They have failed to raise money there so are now trying to borrow money in the US 4 Things are going so well with the IPO they may decide to stay on the AIM here 5 They need more money than planned, after a large amount raised recently should have reduced the required amount! 6 Because of this the company will be swimming in a ever increasing mountain of debt. The usual suspects here jumped on the $1 NZ......That is the conversion price on the new convertible loan notes they are trying to place in the US ( recent loan notes have a conversion price of 40p )having failed to raise money in the more traditional manner down under. The new loan notes still carry a 5% coupon !!! Fair play to the company very honest and transparent!!! Anything I missed ??? | aja5
01/12/2016 16:11 | Hi Brian, interesting punt is probably as good a description as anything right now. Not ideal, but today's RNS simply 'clarified the uncertainty'! As you rightly point out, The FY update and pre IPO uptake are all that really matter right now. Without positive news on these two points, any excitement about 57p bundles will remain a distant thought. But at least we have some dates and structure to monitor progress against, which is a small, albeit expected, positive. Best wishes | kcr69
01/12/2016 14:13 | kcr - agree with your comments. As you've articulated, the all-important near term revenue deal is key. At least the company have put a definitive value on the IPO / pre-IPO offer in share terms, so a strong pre-IPO uptake would indicate a belief by new investors in the company value at NZ$1 a share. A bit disconcerting that the caveat: may retain the AIM listing / cancel the NZ listing has been included - why add this, having spent the last year informing shareholders of the intention to move the listing? I also note there is no longer any mention of current shareholders being offered any warrants upon NZ listing. I still like the tech, and still think this is an interesting punt, but will be watching for a speedy conclusion to the pre IPO funding, coupled with revenue forcasting. | briannewby
01/12/2016 14:02 | And was right about the Feb/march prediction.....month | aja5

01/12/2016 13:54 | Back selling @15p......on such great news Pmsl Some one obviously had the inside track that this mornings rns was coming and bought into it,I suspect they expected better ,I wish them good luck on trying to close their positions because it won't be easy . They may even feel mugged!!! | aja5
01/12/2016 13:44 | kcr ...that's the right way to invest on AIM The interpretation of this mornings RNS by the resident clowns is quite astonishing, and in someways explains the valuation of NLG !! Come on clowns explain why they are now going to the US for money, they have spent NINE months trying to get the show underwritten in NZ and Australia at great cost I might add.....and obviously FAILED !!!! Maybe they have now finally read it as I advised and that's why they have gone quiet.........probab | aja5
01/12/2016 13:18 | Rackers1 Thanks for the reply. I have no issue with over enthusiasm as I think it is natural to suffer from confirmation bias when you have invested hard earned money in a stock (although as we all know the holy grail is to stay emotion free at all times). Like you however I hate blatant ramping, particularly where it is completely unjustified and not substantiated. I am still invested here, only about £15k and down about 15%, but am currently prepared to lose the lot if need be as it is a very small part of my portfolio. I am not sure if I am actually bullish on the stock, maybe more a morbid fascination, however i still genuinely like the potential story and possibilities of the technology. Short term I am not convinced todays announcement was a great RNS, as still too woolly for me and clearly highlighting the need for funding as discussed earlier. It clearly hints at sparkly rewards, which would be very nice, however until I see the detail of hard revenue, earnings and progress I will remain as sceptical as I am hopeful. I am keen to see the full year results and outlook over the next few weeks and will review again at that point. I do think a lot of UK investors will be put off by the possibility of having to access an exchange in AUS / NZ and we will see continual price swings over the coming days on pretty low volume. Is it a dog? Maybe. It may also prove to be a star? Best wishes. | kcr69
01/12/2016 12:50 | Paid rampers. You idiot! | lydnem
01/12/2016 11:33 | Aja5, totally agree with your quote that I have copied below. "It tells me they have failed, hence the other caveat they they may still stay on the AIM subject to market conditions!!!" Its all still a bit too wooly with regard to what will happen, though at least there are now dates on which statements can be judged. Full year results (and commentary) and results of the IPO pre subscription will give far better indicators as to the direction of travel (or derailment). Best wishes. | kcr69
01/12/2016 11:15 | See these two nancy boys cant remember what they post! Come old ladies....can you remember your names? | lydnem
01/12/2016 11:14 | And please tell me what happened to the underwritten stock floatations by the loyal founders and the more risk accepting of investors in New Zealand and Australia ??? They have been working on that all year and seemed to have got nowhere so off they go to the US......(and have been paying someone to do the leg work too, will they get a refund ?) It tells me they have failed, hence the other caveat they they may still stay on the AIM subject to market conditions!!! Have you lot read that RNS in full ??? | aja5
01/12/2016 11:12 | as proved - lydnem has no proof of his bs. Ive been on here for years taking to task the habitual liars that ramp this only to see it continue to plummet. Although having wifi problems on your very own A380 for me was a highlight of this room. Come back AUSOAF - we miss your stories hahahaha | rackers1
01/12/2016 11:08 | Valmos, no idea re nzx trading I'm afraid. Probably not difficult though. | capital_echo |
