If the monies raised would be used for either further developing the graphite or do something with their gold project then imo an equity raise shouldn't be a huge issue, it's part and parcel with AIM. It may actually boost the sp, who knows.

They did say they have enough money to see them through till the end of the year. They also responded to my email about clarification of the levy situation and said they are still seeking legal advice.

dont you think it was strange whenever there was a rally in the share price then we had massive sells, apparently they were coming from Australia, you know where our big investors are from!!!!

WF month before his resignation took part in the placing dont you think that was strange he resigned, what did he uncover..

Something really fishy about Kabunga and this graphite project..

IMHO

Sorry neo, but perhaps I don't follow your obsession with WFs departure. It's over 6 months now and what happened has happened. Besides we don't know the exact reason why he left, may be he jumped before he was pushed? May be he was in breach of company policy? Based on what's out there in the public domain we simply cannot know.

That having said, an update on the gold is well overdue and hope the company will revisit the project now with a rising $POG.

China looking to ban petrol & diesel carshttp://www.bbc.co.uk/news/business-41218243China made 28 million cars last year, almost a third of the global total. The proposals would require 8% of automakers' sales to be battery electric or plug-in hybrids by next year, rising to 12% in 2020.Xin predicted the change would create "turbulent times" in the industry. The shift will also have a knock-on effect on oil demand in China. The country is currently the world's second-largest oil consumer after the US.

Don't you think it's becoming a bit lame neo to keep on rubbishing the company since you bailed out presumably at a massive loss?

China: Graphite Electrode prices risen sharplyhttp://markets.businessinsider.com/news/stocks/CRU-Graphite-Electrode-Prices-Have-Risen-Sharply-due-to-Supply-Tightness-in-China-1002251145Prices have increased rapidly this yearGraphite electrode prices and their input materials have risen sharply this year; needle coke prices have reportedly increased to about $3,200t from $450/t a year. CRU believe that the rise in prices are due to supply side factors, rather than being driven by changes to demand from the Chinese steel industry. These changes are affecting the whole supply chain - with raw materials suppliers unable to meet demand from electrode manufacturers, and with steel mills around the world concerned that they will run out of replacement electrodes by the end of the year. We hear that there is currently a year long waiting period for electrodes from manufacturers.

The only downside is they drive the price down then mount a takeover.

A.Kabunga - Now Chairman of Volt RsThis could be very good for Acp regarding Chinese offtake partner.. From the Proactive Investors article - This is the fourth agreement that Volt has signed with a Chinese graphite group since management completed a successful product marketing trip in May 2017.
