Stig - to answer your question, yes been investing a long time. You are right to be sceptical though, because AIM takes no prisoners. However I like to differentiate between companies with no track record or business case diluting for 'working capital purposes' only (which can mean the Directors lining their own pockets) and prolonging the agony for shareholders and companies with a decent story to tell.

I believe that ACP is the latter, have done my homework and put my money where my mouth is. It all hinges on the tests to come but I am of the view that the risk/reward ratio at current share price levels is very favourable.

Others are entitled to take a different view.

You based your assumption on one aim stock that screwed up. Is there any others?

This stock is unique!

Just look at all those Aussie small caps they love this commodity. A lot of these companies started with smaller MKT caps then ours.

We are 1 year behind them!!!

Our opinions differ, its always good to hear both sides...

"As for placings, worry not. If one comes along it will be to develop proven assets and add value which should be well received by the market."

I think you mean :

"As for placings, BoD worry not. When one comes along it will be to fund their lifestyle (salary, first class travel, five star hotel stays, fine dining, coke and hookers etc) and dilute value which should be well received by the bucket shops."

Ooops...link removed.

Check out Proactive Investors for the very latest interview on the gold project.

I hold 1.2 million shares and expect the market valuation of this company to be substantially higher come next summer.

The challenge is to be patient. They need to further prove up the graphite resource and achieve revenue from the gold project.

As for placings, worry not. If one comes along it will be to develop proven assets and add value which should be well received by the market.

Value always outs in the end.

So another day and the stock goes lower.

Now is it some international conspiracy of dastardly shorters or the more plausible explanation that an AIM cesspit BoD has put out rampy RNSes before screwing mug punters with a discounted placing to their bucket shop mates (who are currently selling this short in the background knowing they can cover in upcoming placing?)

Heads : Management/BoD/Bucket Shops win ; Mug punters lose
Tails : Management/BoD/Bucket Shops win ; Mug punters lose

Welcome to the AIM casino
Are you feeling lucky punks ?
