It sounds like we will end up with 15% of a producing goldmine asset and none of the costs or distractions of getting it there. So they have a free carry on what could be a sizeable project with 800,000 hectares unexplored.

This leaves them free to concentrate 100% on the graphite resource which has always looked liked the company maker from the day they called it 'world class'.

In the long term they will have 2 producing assets in gold and graphite, and you can get it now for a miniscule market cap....if you have the vision and patience. Buy enough of these now and you lay the foundation for early retirement.

A very exciting share. With all this focus on the graphite resource lets not forget the gold as well. Does anyone have any idea of the value and revenue cash flow likely from the gold mine, assuming the JV goes through which we will know about by the end of next month ?.

ErtugrulI don't think a placing is such a big issue, the main issue is what acp class as "significant resource".For example let's say we double kibaran resource, they valued £30m we can even double that...The graphite grade is exceptional on a 2.5 km strike length, previously they said the strike length was 2km.So this can be huge..Gla

Bowling up nicely here - it goes to show what can be achieved here when you see the likes of AMC at £80m market cap - it can all happen very quickly as proven at AMC

ive seen Black Rock mining use "substantial graphite resource", that was at their Ulanzi site. Where they found 100mt of graphite.

If we find a fifth and as ours is already high grade of 9.3 tgc content its bodes well.

Easily be a multibagger.

the good thing about this stock is if the "substantial resource" comes out to be a greater figure than Kibarans this will double straight away. Our graphite grade is already exceptional. I'm convinced we will have some commercial deals in January if we get the Jorc result out this month.

ok we have lots and lots of graphite - can we get an off take agreement will someone buy it from us ? No world shortage of graphite does anyone know how the Companys above got on? Finding the stuff is easy finding that all important off take customer is all important. Poster above claims to own more shares than the directors not sure what that says about the directors confidence with their inside knowledge ?
