i think we have a large buyer taking the shares off them, at the time prior i did dummy trade, to sell 500k shares they were offering me 3.5p, but for 200k they were offering me 3.9p, so how did palermis manage to get 4p?

I think we may get another holding rns soon cos someone is buying off them...

this is volt resources Jan 16(formerly known as mozambi resources)

"Resource modelling is already underway with early indications that the export infrastructure-connected property could host a substantial graphite inventory."

proactiveinvestors.co.uk/companies/news/147139/mozambi-resources-readies-graphite-drilling-results-66473.html

==================
"substantial graphite inventory" to Volt Resources means 214mt obviously they have a greater area than us, so what does substantial resource mean to us, I think its a lot greater than 23mt......

Strong buy, mkt hasn't realised!!!

Then we have Black Rock Mining Ulanzi prospect which has 2.5km strike length and graphite of over 110mt

"The remaining assay results for 2016 will be finalised and announced shortly"

If we are lucky maybe next week or week after. Once we got official high grade figures of all graphite then all fun and games.

the quicker he gets rid of his £200k worth of shares the better. Pelamis managed to sell 465k shares at premium yesterday at 4p...

Real spread is 3.84 - 4.00p.Not the one showing 3.5p - 4.25p.They are trying to deter spreadbetters. IMHO.They know this is going up....

GlenboYes that's a huge positive, the drilling contractors know more than us....At the moment we are told its gonna be high grade "substantial resource" and potentially world class. They can't give us estimates but will have to wait till they have official jorc.I think they will have alot more than kibaran resources...Imho

GlenboAt present we don't know, what I can tell you is we can be in double digits if we match kibaran resource and grade.Company stated this has potential to be "world class" resource. We have to take that seriously.

Ask yourself why they took on director who specialises in mining law, offtake agreement are guaranteed once "substantial resource" confirmed.

What would you consider a reasonable share price for next year if a commercial deal is signed?

We also have a gold project where we found jv partner who has the opportunity to take upto 85% of interest in the project.

If that goes through we will have 15% remaining in the gold project but we will not have to contribute to the $25m project to get it to production stage. The mine has a 9 year life. There is potential to find more gold from the asset..

As for graphite asset..

Acp are confident they can better kibaran graphite resource and grade, if thats the case a MKT cap of 25m-30m is possible if you include our gold asset by Christmas.

Black rock mining and Kibaran resources both started with humble MKT caps.Just by proving up a resource their MKT cap increased significantly. We will have jorc resource by Christmas.

"The zone, named Ulanzi, is 2km by 300 metres in size and assays from the site have returned grades of up to 23.9% C. Infill sampling is underway to define strike length and width with a view to fast tracking drilling evaluation."

4th Aug 2015

"The Ulanzi mineral resource now stands at 111.8-million tonnes, at 8.2% graphitic carbon, while the total mineral resource at the Mahenge project increased to 162.5-million tonnes, at 7.8% graphitic carbon, with a high-grade portion of 38.7-million tonnes, at 9.9% graphitic carbon."

6th October 2016

========================

See what kind of potential you get within 2.5km strike length, Our neighbours Black Rock Mining prospect the ulanzi resource stands at 111.8-million tonnes, at 8.2% graphitic carbon. We are currently exploring 2km strike length. Our board mentions "substantial resource" after successful drilling ended, they are hoping to surpass Kibaran Resources jorc resource but if we can get 25%-35% of Ulanzi resource then its party time. From current data its evident ours is also high grade.

Mkt is late in spotting potential, this will eventually blow.

Dont forget our gold project, once jv takes a stake, all fun games begin...

Just done a rough calculation, based on some approx. market caps and exchange rate of 1.65 Aus$ to the £

Kibarian = £24.96m
Black Rock = £26.47m
Armadale= £8m.

But take a look at Magnis Resources ( named on the Armadale presentation) for a big more advanced Tanzanian graphite project. Market cap £160m !!!
