WEll investec upping and Phillips upping and I can sell 1.25mill @ 0.46 which I have not been able to do for a few days now. Hping they can turn this around and have someone to reverse into here and I can recover some of my losses.

Well there is no number for ARK PLC and the only two people left now are Venables and Ross under the role of non executive directors.More than likely so that they can't get sued.

As its a done deal there's actually nothing to discuss, and thus no real reason for him to phone you back. Hopefully there's something to distribute in 2014! (A max of 1.5m it seems..)

This is reliant on Ross and Venables getting the 1million owed to us off course and judging by their current track record they will milk their wages for another year and say how they were unable to retrieve this sum.
They are a total disgrace......
