It's always been like this with Ariana over the years, speculative buys come in on news and momentum, stick around for a while then shove off elsewhere. The trend is still up and the news trajectory is potentially good so nothing to bother committed holders with a long term horizon.

super - I think you'll be very lucky to get them anywhere near 1.8p. I am expecting a strong bounce off the current price as we are right at the bottom of the lower trendline now.

Put a couple of orders in at 1.8 in the hope they have a bit of a shake

That's because logically the price isn't just determined by simple buy and sell volume. Since they always end up being equal! And often share prices move significantly on no volume.I've held these shares for at least 6 years. Little point watching too closely. I'm still loss making.

This is getting out of hand, gold rising, silver rising even faster and all this does is fall. Wish I'de gone for my other selection now as am way down on this. Teach me a lesson in future not to get bitten by the same dog twice.

Pretty much my methodology. I tend to look at the macro level and pick companies that I think are going to be successful in that. I do tend to focus on commodities to be honest so it is largely a case of making hay while the sun shines.

Yea my pal who sold out certainly ain't in poverty. He tends to follow momentum I don't know ins and outs of his trades but seems to do ok. It's a hobby for him

JC - that is why I am more than happy to pick my winners a couple of years out, then sit back and do nothing except hope and pray that they do what I think they will... lol

I usually associate traders with poverty to be honest. Difficult to beat the market at the best of times but having to time it again and again is nigh on impossible.

A pundit probably makes a nice living from his subscribers' trades - wouldn't surprise me to see a certain individual buying at the bottom after the sheep have sold and selling again at the top after a juicy bit of news (followed by the usual 'take profits' article. Nice work if you can get it. It's a pity they don't publish details of their trades for scrutiny lol.

Agreed. Hit the upward trend line and bounced. Now need to see if it follows the trend higher or breaks down. The direction of travel is positive currently so I would back following the trend.

Nibbled another 180k. Looks set to bounce off the bottom upward trend line imo.

Hi Plas
From memory there was a pic on Twitter maybe last year of a spectacularly high grade vein visible at the N end of Arzu south disappearing under the hill towards Arzu North. This is only a memory and I had a quick look on Twitter but couldn't find. Hope I didn't dream it!

A Resource joining Arzu North to Arzu South under the hill would be amazing and I suspect very likely. I suspect Ariana has felt confident about this for a long time. Ok it means a lot more expedition no doubt to prove it up and it's viability leading to an underground mine and additional capital, but the grades would probably be good. And all on the doorstep of the Kiziltepe mine. Let's hope they start to put some meat on the bone of this potentially exciting development soon. An exciting twitter teaser!!
