Soul - you're right. Can the shareholders kick him out. When you read the website one would think shareholder value is of importance to the BoD.

Apparently not.

Who's buying?

Might as well wait for 1p it will surely get there. That said why would you want to buy in with this company's dire history and value destroyer Williams still at the helm?

Did the sharply lower price of silver have anything to do with the collapse of the share price.

All buys, so where is the stock coming from?
Are these the placing shares being sold on the market?

if Williams couldn't make the best mine make money at $40/oz what chances are there of picking up the bits of exploration at this price?

Money down a black hole.

Peter - you're not alone.

I note the concessions go far into the future - 2030's, 2050's. When I'm old and grey maybe these will be worth something,

Williams…..given history and record would you employ him. Doh !! I guess I did by investing and losing £10k.

As far as I am aware, Arian no longer has a working mine. They still retain some mining concessions with long term expiry dates that in order to exploit, will have to find either a partner or borrow more cash to develop. On the other hand, when silver regains some value they could always monetise them and return cash to shareholders.

John - ramping? It is at an all time low & we do have a working mine with silver. Hardly a ramp is it. Not that I'm keen on topinfo & his methods. But still. Time for the longs don't you think.

Leeds makes a point.

Plus there is still 200m Oz of silver.

If that's of any interest?

post 40902 hope some listened. P@ illustrates history. If silver's on the bounce may still be good stuff here after the smoke clears.

1p placing against 2.5p opening price, you can see why they waited til market close
to drop the bomb.
