Arena Events Group plc (AIM: ARE) is pleased to announce its admission to trading on AIM at 8:00 a.m. today ("Admission"). Dealings in the ordinary shares will trade under the ticker "ARE" (ISN:GB00BF0HYJ24).
The Company has 114,639,940 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in issue following Admission.
