Arcontech plc, a leading provider of real-time market data management solutions, announces that the Company was notified yesterday that on that same day, Matthew Jeffs, CEO of the Company, purchased 46,000 ordinary shares of GBP0.125 ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 35 pence per share (the "Transaction").

As a result of the Transaction, Mr Jeffs has an interest in 430,000 Ordinary Shares representing 3.48% of the Company's issued share capital.
