Well the MM's appear to be happy to keep paying over for any shares that are made available, It appears to have been this way since the CEO bought his 10 million shares, with the year end only a couple of weeks away, are they sensing good news is on it's way?.....GL S

Good morning swizz, the purchase of shares by the CEO should underpin the price at the current levels and as we approach the results which we already know will show an improving trend, we may see the price creeping up nearer to the broker valuation of 0.17p. Have a good day.

I wonder if they have carried out any research when issuing the 'signal', or maybe they just looked at the recent broker rating and the purchase of shares by the new CEO!!!!!!

LIBC back on the offer with WINS, L2 3 v 2, so I sense an easing back in the days ahead and I will be topping up around the 0.10p area (if it gets there), I would also sense the new CEO's share purchase will preclude any trading update before year end, unless anything dramatic happens, so can we read into his purchase, that it is steady as she goes towards profitability and we are on BOD target?, I hope so........GL S

swizz - I am not sure if it is Investec now. You would think the CEO will have have had a chance to speak to their major investors now and if they were still wanting to reduce their holding, he could have agreed to buy directly from them.

More than likely, some people will just be happy to get back their stake and move on to pastures new. Either way, it is good to see a bit of liquidity in the share.

Excellent news. I made a mistake in my previous post and was one month ahead of myself. The year end in June, therefore he has timed his purchase well.

As the saying goes....'onwards and upwards'.

Arcontech Group plc (AIM: ARC) announces that it has received notification that, on 31 May 2013, Matthew Jeffs, Chief Executive Officer of the Group, purchased 10,000,000 ordinary shares of 0.1p each in Arcontech at a price of 0.11 pence per share. The purchase represents Mr. Jeffs' only holding in the Group and represents 0.65 per cent. of the issued share capital.

Interesting to note yesterday that market maker LIBC moved to the bid, they have been on the offer side for more weeks than I care to remember, does this signify the end of a line of stock they were clearing?, or is it just a coincidence?, no doubt we shall see in the weeks ahead........GL S

swizz - it does look like Investec are still offloading, which of course gives people the opportunity to add at the current low price. You must have amassed quite a few shares now!

bill182 - agreed, btw that was mine today, I put in a limit order for 2 million approx and my broker was only able to pick up 500k, which was a surprise based on recent activity........GL S

swizz - a late buy reported today at 16.40. I think this will continue to fluctuate until we see a trading update from the company.
