Share price moved up on zero trades! MM's playing games again, or maybe some good news on the way?

Good afternoon guys. The company has/is attending quite a few trade shows, either as sponsor or speaker or both in some cases. I agree the next significant contract should see a re-rating, as I estimate that the company should now be cash flow positive and should achieve a profit in the current financial year. This is based on the value of the orders received in the past few months.

Bill well done holding and updating from time to time. I hold a few of these but Arc needs to work harder at getting noticed sadly.

Well, June is now upon us, and we will hopefully receive news of further contract wins this month. From the Interims:

"The level of new sales in the period under review remained disappointing, partly due to protracted decision making cycles caused by customers being even more focused on ensuring that real economic benefits can be delivered. Notwithstanding, the level of qualified sales prospects has increased significantly and we anticipate that before our year-end (30 June 2012) a number of these will have progressed to contract."

Whilst we have already been notified of some contract wins since the above statement, I believe there will be further news given the new Board appointments and the increase in staff numbers.

Nice little 2m+ buy this morning showing as a sell. We just need confirmation of the improving trading and further contract wins to break out of this current trading range.

I think there's a seller in the background but also someone else mopping up these shares.Could be one of the new board members collating on the quiet which would make sense for the mm's to hold the price down on this (which is happening)
Its just not making sense a 2.5m sell and a 250,000 buy and we finish up 4% higher
than open.All this messing about by the mm's gives me more confidence than ever on this as i can see the reason there doing it.just my opinion on a long term holder watching and waiting.

someone must be in desperate need of cash to sell 2.5m at 0.08p today. I think they will regret that decision when we receive the next RNS.

luckybuda - not so sure about your theory, as some of the sells were actually buys. However, I share your enthusiasm, and I do expect to hear of further contract wins before the end of June.

Nice to see the buys actually going through as buys today!

The last sell come to a total of 9.11 which some say is a mm sign for news on its way (good or bad) that's the question?
There is games being played here but i have full confidence this will come good in time.
Just my opinion though roll on Monday's news.

Taffy100 - thanks for the link. Oh well, at least they made it to the finals list.

A bit of interest this morning following the recent mark down. The MM's do like to play games. The sells yesterday were pretty much balanced by my buy, yet it was still marked down. Interestingly, it is the sell price they are dropping, the buy price is not moving that much!

Try this link. They didn´t win the award but were in the last 6 finalists. Have plenty to offer and it´s obviously well regarded. Patience is all that is required I believe. This will come good IMHO.

Well...it has gone very quiet here, which I see as a positive development. Very few trades going through, with people seemingly happy to hold until the next bit of good news. Remember, the company stated it expected to sign up several contracts before the end of June, and I think we will see further announcements before then.

I'm getting a good feeling here!! Two trades this morning for one share each. When this happened last week it was followed by some decent buys. I wonder if the MM's are short of stock and there is now a buyer in the background?

About time for another contract win announcement I think.

A little bit of buying....and up she goes. I actually see this as quite a defensive stock at the moment, given one of the main selling points is the ability for companies to reduce overall costs with the CityVision product.
