25/8/2016 09:25 | janeann.29p since January plus the ups and downs. In my opinion we need to break into a new range and now is the time to do it. I would like to see a placing at a premium and a cash generative solid aquisition for £5M plus with a heavy consolidation. | oilbuy
25/8/2016 06:57 | I saw that oilbuy; there seems a bit more strength in the price at present. Would be good if it could consolidate here before moving upwards again | janeann
24/8/2016 23:39 | cbootleHave a look at GAN. Nice RNS today. Dermot obviously sees value. He's put 1.3M in ! | oilbuy
24/8/2016 23:36 | janeannJust under .42p paid for 500k today. Will we see .45p soon. Keep thr news coming guys. | oilbuy
19/8/2016 18:56 | Any recommendations for threads (on this BB or otherwise) to follow re tips? There seems to be too much noise around. For example, I just found G4M is AIM listed, having used them for years buying music gear and liking them. Seems a nice stock with potential (Amazon are pretty weak with music gear, as they are with sports, allowing in Wiggle, for example). | cbootle
19/8/2016 13:18 | it does oilbuy - but at present they have just widened the spread. will be nice to see the bid move up as well! ps still surprised it has taken so long to react to yesterdays rns | janeann
19/8/2016 13:01 | There goes .41p | oilbuy

18/8/2016 14:57 | I liked the buy shortly before that 3m one, oilbuy! My little top up first thing. Impressed now by what seemed a non reaction to the rns earlier this morning. | janeann
18/8/2016 12:01 | Paying over now. Looks like were going to break .4p | oilbuy
18/8/2016 09:44 | Nice 3 M buy | oilbuy

10/8/2016 20:36 | Having re-read the RNS - there are some interesting product developments which are being piloted in several Tier 1 banks. Let's hope that this leads to further revenue growth. It looks like we will get a dividend later this year or early next year. Given our level of profits and allowing for decent level of dividend cover of approx 2x, I would expect dividends in total to be in the range of about £150k. Guessing that if we have a 10:1 share consolidation, we could get about 0.1p as dividend on a share that would be priced about 3.6-4p. So the long awaited excitement of the annual results having come and gone, I guess it will be business as usual with no news or updates, a very quiet BB and a slow share price drift...till we hear of the size and timing of the dividend payment. AGM scheduled for Tues, 27th Sep at Company HQ in London - which I will try and get to diary permitting. Anyone else thinking of going ? Good luck all :) | multibagger

10/8/2016 08:47 | Displacing incumbents? How long before an 'incumbent' gets a bit too annoyed and launches a hostile bid? | 2magpies
10/8/2016 08:32 | Consolidation and a super cash generative , high margin profitable business aquired. That's what's needed and im sure will be the next step. | oilbuy
10/8/2016 08:19 | Moves on small volumes. This one needs patience. | taffy100
10/8/2016 08:05 | Looks like we may drift back to the mid thirties if the selling continues :( | multibagger
10/8/2016 07:38 | Decent set of results, though I expected a bigger cash balance. Finally, consolidation appears around the corner and dividend....my guess is a 1: 20 or a 1:10 is what they will go for. Wonder how the market will react today to these numbers....? | multibagger
10/8/2016 07:36 | Not exactly going to set the world alight but this is ARC after all. Very cautious about the present and future prospects. Will see how the market reacts but may take some profits this morning and wait and see about any new contract wins or dividends etc. | garykc
10/8/2016 07:27 | Consolidation the next solid step in ARC development. Smart timing in my opinion. I would like to see 30/50M shares max. | oilbuy
10/8/2016 07:21 | Cautious but solid set of results. and Due to the large number of shares in issue and to avoid fractional entitlements to any future dividend, it is the Board's intention to consolidate the number of shares prior to announcing a dividend. Further details of the proposed share consolidation will be provided to shareholders in the Notice of Annual General Meeting | janeann
